The most likely outcome is a win for Rock I feel, Italy clear as day changed their minds !!
There are many more challenges likely to arise depending on this case. Italy really don't want to lose.

So, knowing they are likely to lose, will they risk it, will Italy risk the ICSID judgment or settle out of court?
This way forcing other claimants to go through the expense and time that Rock have been through.
I think an out of court settlement could happen any day if they chose this route.

Further to the Company's announcement of 14 May 2021, the Tribunal has today provided the following update:

"The Tribunal has made significant progress and confirms that it should be in a position to complete its work in the course of July."

Why would HBR negotiate out of an asset that is ready to go, where they are majority owners, operator, unashamedly focused on oil and gas production, with a future oil squeeze predicted owing to recent lack of investment and predicted profits of $billions ??

That didn't paste as well as I hoped !

It is not often you see much more than a few % points voting against resolutions, so it is good to see many were around the 20% mark. Good Rock have learnt to be more transparent about posting the results as well.
Going forward and if necessary, we need to be better organised as a voting group.

Why do you feel it right that the Board of Directors continue to award themselves many Hundreds of Thousands of pounds?

Do you appreciate that to huge numbers of Rockhopper shareholders, of which I am one, this looks exactly like fat cat greed and deliberate director negligence given the current state of Rockhoppers finances?

It is relatively easy and I have done it. So whether 1000 shares or 3million, just make the effort for once asap!

The voting against directors is almost certainly symbolic, but it makes me feel a bit better.
I shall be voting against all, except 1 and 7.

however I shall be voting my 500k+ against all of the directors as they
are all culpable for the incompetence of how Rock has been run,
all have allowed money to be wasted, and still wasted, on exorbitant nose in trough wages.

However in a nut shell, shareholders are trying to get some new resolutions on the AGM,
like limiting the pay of greedy piglet directors to a ''mere'' £100,000 until first oil. We need yours and everyone who want a fairer company to act as per Glenrothes1969's posts. But time is short so needs doing asap!

No knowing, and not trusting this greedy pigglet board of directors,
is why next time we all need to CC another single email address,

so that we can verify and tally the votes ourselves with evidence.

I'm not sure I trust the directors to tell the plebs the truth. So as a suggestion, I think everyone who does email the company with holdings notification to support a resolution suggestion, that we copy you in as well as a trusted forum member, that way you can tally and inform us exactly how we stand, and don't have to rely on the little pigglets word !

I think 80,000 is a more towards the maximum daily output, and 60,000 is a reasonable ''Longterm'' average.

Also yes I concur, I feel B/E may be under $40, however even on the conservative calculations, Sea Lion is a massive oiley gold mine for Harbour! Economics very much stack up for sanction, unless POO is likely to revert to sub $50. I do not see POO at those levels again any time soon, as mid and majors have curtailed meaningful exploration.

Sea Lion will get developed I feel, but Rocks and it's investors participation, if it's to be stress less, hangs quite a lot on getting a reasonable OM payout.

And whilst I am here, anyone not yet contacted management to get Glen's proposed Resolutions on the agenda, get your fe.cking lazy skates on and help us all stop the little piglets troughing on what's left of Rocks bank balance !!!

Falklands will go on just fine with or without the oil being extracted, however
doing maths, for Phase 1 only with current POO $68, B/E estimate of$42, gross profit $26 a barrel,60,000 bbls a day
60,000 x 26 = $1,560,000 gross profit daily
$11m a week
$47m a month
$0.57 Billion gross a year !

I expect POO to keep on rising as economies get back to normal, people start flying, borders open up.
Harbour and FIG would both be mental if they don't make this happen.

I don't agree that HE have all the cards and FIG are over HE's barrel.
Both want to make money from selling oil and HE will make money no money from this huge asset if they don't sanction SL & RKH/FIG take the licence back !
Breakeven is somewhere between high $30's to lower $40's. POO is steady above $60 and the world economy hasn't yet recovered from Covid.
FIG can and should be flexible with their cut depending on POO
however equally FIG can & should tell HE, use it or lose it !!

Could be anything from zero to $350millions.
My personal opinion is, it will be about $60m
and the Rock will get about $40m
