Ongoing drilling continues to build continuity and expand mineralized zones across the seven-kilometre long gold system

VANCOUVER, B.C. - Pure Gold Mining Inc. (TSX-V: PGM, LSE: PUR) ("PureGold" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that ongoing surface exploration drilling near the PureGold Mine continues to establish greater continuity and expansion of gold mineralization with high grade results returned from multiple drill holes targeting both resource upgrades and resource expansion outside the current mineral reserves. (1) In addition, underground mine stope delineation drilling has intersected bonanza grades in areas targeted for first ore delivery and gold production from the mine. These latest drill holes confirm the exceptional grades of the gold mineralization in the Wedge resource area, support continuity of high grade gold mineralization across the entire seven-kilometre long gold system, and confirm high grade gold in mine stopes scheduled for early production.

Our underground drilling continues to be extremely successful in delivering on its objective of discovering new gold mineralization, extending mineralization out from planned stopes and confirming stopes planned for near-term production. New grade control drilling has highlighted the potential for bonanza grades in stopes planned for near term production.

Highlights of drilling from underground include:

o 296.1 g/t gold over 4.9 metres from test hole PGL-0003, including 1,147.1 g/t gold over 1.2 metres;

o 40.0 g /t gold over 2.2 metres from drill hole PGB-0170, including 94.1 g/t over 0.9 metres;

o 18.7 g/t gold over 2.8 metres from drill hole PGB-0165, including 65.4 g/t over 0.7 metres;

o 11.1 g/t gold over 6.7 metres from drill hole PGB-0178.

Thanks Fib, a chat or email to BOD by anyone with good contact to try and understand exactly where we are in the case, and what more is being discussed before a decision by ICSID, should not constitute an issue as long as its just clarification of what is already known. We could ask if BOD are aware of an expected timeframe for the decision, does the fact that the case is still pending after post hearing briefs mean Rock have won the case, are we actually at the stage of discussing the size of the award? We might perhaps, get some clarification. Worth a try?

Surfit, there is to my knowledge no unambiguous statement saying Rock won the case and are awaiting the quantum award.
However apart from the logic that they surely have not lost as it would have been dismissed by now, there was the wording in the half-yearly stating

'Post-hearing briefings were submitted in October and November 2019. Feedback from the Tribunal has indicated that** work continues on the award** although the process has been delayed due to disruptions caused by COVID-19. No guidance on the timing of the award was provided by the Tribunal.

Rockhopper continues to believe it has strong prospects of recovering very significant monetary damages - on the basis of lost profits'.

An unusual word to use, ''award'', not ''case''. Perhaps someone with friendly communication with one of the greedy piggies could see if they could clarify what was meant by award??

POO has often been volitile so I should think Rocks claim is not in anyway unique, so there will be a set established equation for judging lost future costs. The seemingly long delay, almost a year now, is somewhat unusual I feel.

Looking at the list of ''Pending'' cases at ICSID, The Rock are listed 169 oldest out of 282
However ours seems to be the only one with the tag line.
Latest Development: October 30, 2019 - ''The Tribunal holds a hearing on post-hearing briefs in Paris''.

All the others that I looked at randomly, either older or younger cases, seem to still be active on-going or suspended.
The Rock seems to be the only one I saw stuck in the twilight zone of completed, but unawarded. Frustrating much!!!

With over 390m shares in issue the amount management sold should not have resulted in a 28pence sell off, however gold did dip just prior to their selling so would not have helped at all.
Indeed on the bright side I did manage to pick up another good chuck sub 130pence, and whilst we may not agree on the merits of how management sold their windfall shares, we do agree on the merits of the company & I am sure we also agree the share price will most likely be hitting new highs on the near future.

I dont mind management making money either if they deserve it and have earnt it. But facts are share price was trashed if you compare price on the day of first Rns sell 153p, 23 September, to a low of 125pence by the fourth Rns of management sell.

WryYidTickTock, it may be that management have decided, or been advised, that now is a good time to divest of some shares, and they are free to do that, however I disagree that it looks orchestrated, or if it was, then it has been very poorly orchestrated. There have now been five separate Rns's since the 23 September declaring management sales. Leaving aside the bad look of any director selling at any point, if they were all planning to take profits, get it done on the same day, not five so far drip drip drip drip drips.
The project is sound, the numbers look great, I have no complaints there which is the important factor, but the messaging to investors or potential investors I feel has been rubbish lately.

You're most likely right Mytton, Pure have too good a story to sink much or for very long, but I have a dislike of ALL company directors and management, that have decent wages and options so low, they can make pre tax $900,000 Canadian in the blink of an eye. And then many immediately flog them!

Goda, it is possible the share price might drop another 10pence, however I am trying to build a reasonable holding so purchases have been spread over a range from 118p to 119p.

I have 37,900 at the moment, but eventually would like 45 - 50,000. Like you I shall look out for any buying opportunity, although I am concerned the price may soon get ahead of my ability to shuffle sufficient money around. It is a shame I didn't come across Pure 5 months ago! Like others, I await to hear the latest drilling results, although I read on a different forum that many assay results in Canada had been delayed.

It looks like the directors have finished trousering their recent small, but highly profitable share options.
So had a 2900 top up at 127.75p. Looking for another 7-12k shares at some point this year.
