Mr Zeratul, it wld be nice to think I timed the low, and I might have by Pure good luck, however it matters not as like you, I go for the longer term view. I was a bit late to the party tho and have an average of 119, but that should look unbelievably great in the next year or two, I hope :)

You may be wrong too. I bought another 9000 @ 104 this afternoon, though it shows as a sell.
I think the drop has been quite excessive,
the asset is too good,
the directors and investors so experienced
and the exploration upside really excellent.
I do not know if 104 was the bottom, but I truly expect there to be very good near term upside from these levels.

I agree with Mr Stock,
the first few quarters after first pour are all about getting the operation perfected.
Q1 2021 will be nothing like what Q1 2022 will be.

The option price is neither here nor there. All managements hope the SP will be a lot higher in the years ahead, however if it isn't , they often chuck out even more replacement share options at a new lower price.

They rarely dip out on freebies and of course, large wages are never ''incentive'' enough for management to do the job they are paid to do!

It is a surprise that amount of buying caused no uplift in the share price,
but I wonder if they started buying before they announced they were in the market for shares.
I would seem real dense to announce you want a couple of million shares before actually buying any!
Like a reverse Gordon Brown telling the market he was selling off all our gold and flooding the market.

For me the big take, is that they took a position in the first place, very positive!!

The usual corporate snouts in trough by directors, not specific to Pure, it's rampant from small to megacaps.

I can sell 35000 shares no problem,

Sold the 10,000 trade shares I bought at 127pence for a tidy and quick profit :)
However I am keeping a strong hold on the other 50k
The Pure journey is only just beginning so I think this can double again in the next year,
if gold stays strong.

I hope they make the target date of this year
however if they miss it by a week or two, for whatever reason,
I hope everyone does not lose their sh1!te over it
but if they do, then it is a buying opportunity :-)

I like Pure,
I like what they have achieved, I like where they are going, I like their nice video's and interviews promoting the company, BUT

I do not like their constant selling!!!

Took another 10,000 today at 126.88.
Should not have really as I have my target 50,000
However it seems too cheap given the grades, AISC, exploration upside
and changing from explorer to producer.
USS35 rise obviously has helped todays rise!

Took advantage of the dip today as well
10,000 at around 127pence
That's my target of 50,000 achieved, so will now hopefully settle down for the bumpy ride higher over the next few years

Looks like this is definitely going to happen. Good for Rock.

Further to Premier's announcement of 6 October 2020, the Company is pleased to announce that it has received the requisite level of support from each class of its creditors for the proposed merger of Premier and Chrysaor Holdings Limited and the reorganisation of Premier's existing finance arrangements with those creditors entering into a binding support letter.

Under the support letter the creditors have, among other things, irrevocably undertaken to vote in favour of the Court-approved restructuring plans, and have agreed to waive Premier's financial covenants until completion of the Transaction. As such, the merger agreement between Premier, Harbour, funds managed by EIG and Chrysaor has been released from escrow.

Premier will launch the restructuring plan processes through the issuance of a practice statement letter, immediately after the Prospectus for the Transaction is published, which is currently anticipated by the end of 2020. The Transaction is expected to complete by the end of Q1 2021.

Mark O'Dea has now sold off all of his 450,000 share options
that the BoD's awarded themselves at a strike price of 0.11 $Canadian.
He still has over 5millions, but it is never a good look!!

I increased my holding to 40k on Friday, and will be pleased if they manage to pour gold in December,
as I think it will slip into early January. Happy to be proved wrong of course!

I tend to assume most timelines slip a bit
So for me I don't expect the first gold to be this year
However I do believe it will be poured in January.

Love those grades and fully expect more of the same for years to come.

It will be interesting to see what happens when the Canadian market opens. I think the UK is waiting for their steer and take in these fantastic grades.
