I certainly would like to know the size of the ''rebellion''. If it is less than 500,000, then I know my broker is a lying **** :)

I also had an email from Hargreaves Lansdown saying they had voted on my behalf, 500,000 shares against all resolutions. To be clear, I do not want the whole BOD removed, but I do want to see a significant number registering their disapproval, at high wages and high rewards, for much reduced responsibility, at a time when cash is quite tight. The more who vote, either way, the better.

I probably have quite a low average, a little over mid teens, however I do hold 500,000 shares.
I do not blame the company for all the problems by any means, but I do feel they are over paid and totally over rewarded, so have registered my vote against all resolutions.

I am always ''out there'', just not always in 'ere.
Vog are, imo, far from the dead dog they are seen as.
Eneo issue, combined with sloth drilling have stuffed them with too much debt.
They are still taking in good money, but just not enough.
It was good to hear they've moved to 4.6mmscf/d, and 'retail power' is looking favourable.
However it's ''BIG POWER'' that brings in big bucks.
CNG would be a bonus, selling West Med too.
I'm concerned Vog ''may'' need to raise again if insurance doesn't payout
That's my biggest reason for not dipping a bigger toe in.

Sorry, I do not look in too often, however to answer the question,
I sold the 7650, or whatever it was at about 36 pence.
One gets to know Vog after a while, but still hold 10k
I sometimes think of buying some more Vog,
but I feel they need a 5 to 10 year commitment from Eneo,
and could do with getting lots of insurance money back!!
Neither seem realistically around the corner,
so I wait, and watch from a distance.
I hope they come good though,
as too many have lost too much already on Aim.

108 initial test indicate it to be nothing like a dud,
although, full testing has not been conducted.

The latest figures I know off are form Quarter 1 2018
Cash and cash equivalents at end of Q1 18 was $6.0 million (Q4 17: $11.4 million),
trade receivables were $4.3 million (Q4 17: $6.2m),
trade payables $9.1 million (Q4 17: $8.8 million) and
borrowings were $23.4 million (Q4 17: $24.5 million).
Net debt was $17.4 million (Q4 17: $13.1 million).

The huge costs of the sloth drilling drank the cash. They are not drilling anymore!!
So you have to look at the amount of net cash coming in from sales,
minus the costs of servicing the debt, which at interest only for a year is $1.5million
Income from gas sales outstrips that figure.

instead of the others compalining on a forum making accusations from some none entity reporter from who knows where!
Always best to listen to the people in charge, though always read between the silky lines,

Regarding the drilling over-runs, well that's simple.
Glorious leader said a drill pipe snapped, it caused a well incident, they had to re-drill,
drilling was painfully slow. These things do happen, not just to Vog, but is it covered by insurance???

As for the placing money, well that is a stretched truth, to say it was for La-109 drilling.
It's to cover the drilling cost over-run, however,
if the insurance claim is paid out, the money is there for 109 !

Do you know how much they bought as supply stock out of that figure?
If you do not, then you are making an assumption that it is ''expensive''
