each of the Executive Directors have agreed to defer all of their annual base salaries above GBP200,000 until the earlier of (1) a positive Ombrina Mare arbitration award; or (2) the execution of a farm-out transaction on Sea Lion. Should neither of these events occur then that portion of salary will be permanently lost. This equates to a further 35% reduction for the CEO and a further 20% reduction for the CFO in addition to the permanent 20% reduction in Executive Director base salaries announced in May 2020;

I think we have the top flight asset,
however I am unsure what we have regarding management.
They are not mediocre as they have good ability on paper and have taken Pure to a ''commercial'' mining entity,
but they have dropped the ball in the last year and shown themselves to be untrustworthy.
That is my main concern, but then again, the asset . . . . .

Well I took your 9000 Cheated,
and another 10900 for my final investment tranche.
I think management are competent and experienced, but I don't particularly trust them.
However I like the asset more than I dislike management.

I think most of us feel that the Pure directors have behaved like little turd,s,
ramping the asset to high heaven, then selling en masse before the share price nose dived.
Like many others, Pure management are not to be trusted !
However we are where we are, and the question is have we bottomed or will it go lower??

I believe we are at or near the bottom! As we are allegedly a ''commercial'' mining company,
then as long as gold doesn't nose dive as well,
then Pure is very cheap, and it is unlikely to get ''much'' cheaper.

Hi pre2rcd, yes I noted your post and replied at 12:37.
I think perhaps, it was a fairly standard reply,
but it now seems quite enlightening.

I do not normally like to post direct emails from anyone, even from Moody who I feel is fleecing the company.
(which is why we need EVERYONE who cares about this company to make the effort to support Glentrothes Resolutions.)

Back in June Moody replied to an email which I now feel is important to share, as it seems now that even back in June he suspected HBR to walk. See what you make of it below but I would say Navitas were seen even then as the more reliable potential partner.

''We are in pretty regular contact with both Harbour and Navitas as you would expect. Harbour are now fully into their own internal review and we are hopeful to get a firm answer from them on their intentions with regard to Sea Lion before the end of the year.

The exclusivity with Navitas runs out at the end of September this year. Now today was disappointing news from HBR, S.O.D them,
however the share price held up better than I expected, I think it will creep back up as well and,
if as should be the case, RKH win $30, $70, $100m from OM??
then it may be we are well back in the game despite the HBR time wasters!

Pre2rcd, my guess is the Greedy Piglets knew a while back Harbour werent interested so have been sniffing the air as to what to do.
Problem is they are so bad at their jobs they probably haven't achieved much, which is why we are where we are now.

One thing Moody did email me a few months back was they were making some plans in case of HBR or Navitas walking, let's hope they were decent plans and not finger up their arsses hoping for the best plans!

Surfit, both HBR and RKH issued RNS's today.

Rockhopper confirms that it is in discussions with Navitas Petroleum LP ("Navitas") around its potential entry to the Sea Lion project following Harbour's decision not to proceed. Rockhopper notes that Navitas and partners have recently raised project financing in excess of $900 million and taken final investment decision on the 330 million barrel deep water Shenandoah project in the US Gulf of Mexico.

The previously announced Heads of Terms with Premier Oil and Navitas will expire on 30 September 2021 (unless extended by mutual consent before that date). If the Heads of Terms expire, Harbour will have an initial 90 days to elect how to proceed with their exit. Rockhopper will continue to be funded (excluding licence fees, taxes and project wind down costs) by Harbour during that period under the terms announced on 7 January 2020 and 30 April 2020.

Rockhopper will now work with Harbour and the Falkland Islands Government to ensure an orderly exit by Harbour from the Falkland Islands.

I took an extra 11,000 today to round up my holding to 80,000
My view is the asset is too good and in a safe jurisdiction to be at this share price for too long.

Directors MIGHT issue some more shares to their city friends again,
however I now expect ''commercial'' income from the mine to kick in to negate that dilutive risk.

Our Directors are paying themselves several £100,000's every year for essentially doing feck all other than answer a few emails and wait by the phone in case HBR ring them.

I feel this management has much more to do,
than purchase a few shares at cheap prices after they have trashed the share price in the first place !

I expect current investors, like myself no longer believe management give a stuff about us,
so why should I buy more, or potential new investors think management wont shaft them as well??

I will keep my 65,000+ shares for the longer term ride as the asset look first class,
but I view management as self serving rampers now,
& will take everything they say as a pump, before they probably dump some more cheap share on the market.

Have to agree.
This smacks of cheap shares for the boys.
If they needed £10 or £20million surely they can arrange a long term loan now.
The asset and the future are great, however management have shown little to zero regard for existing shareholders with this dilution!
