Good morning Sturmtrupper - I'm not sure why you would put my Id in the subject line. You have clearly twisted the context of my post. I am just an investor, at the mercy of the BoD like everyone else who is genuinely invested here. How could I know who the 2 £1m investors are ?
And yes, we are at the mercy of the BoD. They are leaders of this company who we trust will do everything within their powers to make AFC Energy a successful company. They have at their disposal a team of non-exec directors, who have a wealth of experience in the energy industries as well as business experience. The decision to diversify with HiiROC shows that they are probably confident with our fuel cell offerings with a path to bring together both companies (if successful) to create a proposition that meets the developing global demand in clean energy. Just as we're seeing the EV market developing (I see this as an early adopter of FC technology) the larger units will start to show their worth for much larger energy generation projects as well as the huge market for diesel displacement. We also have Alkamem - another business arm and potentially easy revenue stream for AFC.
Of course I'd love to see a contract signed, just like everyone else but I think what we're seeing here is a business now evolving at rate of nots with many pieces of the jigsaw that need to come together. Again, we should trust our BoD and seeing "wizard of Oz" references just fills me with utter frustration. We're not on the inside of AFC. Yes we need more detailed updates from AFC, totally agree, but I suspect we may not get it. Left field news has always been the pattern out of AFC, as frustrating as that is !
Constant negativity WILL have a negative effect on the SP. Based on what I've said above, all we can do is be positive and rely on the BoD. We also have the shareholder group, if required.
