They kicked themselves in the balls for seemingly no good reason with that RNS. Cannot fathom why a more positive approach isn't being taken to get PI's onside, makes no sense to me. Thought we may be on the way toward 30p by next Friday, prior to today, but I'll go with 22p if we hear something half decent at some point.

Yep, not happy at all with the BoD. Show some vision and positive future plans for the company will you, that is your job! Anyway, sold out a large chunk at opening at 13.4 and put all back in again at 12.7 or thereabouts so now have a bigger holding. I'm going nowhere :)

Spot on, Mark. Personally, I would love JB and GC to be working together to take Amigo forward as that is where I see most value. Failing that, a positive board with a clear plan of how to develop the company, with shareholders in mind. So far they are failing miserably on that front.

Yep, as suspected. Nothing positive. Board have lost all of my votes currently.

Hopefully looking at a good day ahead and even better into next week with the JB sells at zero. Something positive from the board would be very welcomed. Will be fuming if any RNS they drop is yet another put down/rejection of JB, potentially taking away a decent rise for shareholders. Positivity regarding the business is what we want to hear - this is what will win them votes, not constant bickering with/about JB. Things aren’t looking good for RL or Nayan currently IMO.

Yes, I think the major sale has gone through already. A 1m first thing this morning and a 3.7m at around 11.30am. That's it, just .66% left now :)

Perfect, thank you faze1. Thought that was the situation. Next week with 4.7 less sells each day will be very interesting. Even more so with the possibility of JB buying/board releasing positive news to retain their jobs/buyout. Looking good : )

I'm still slightly unclear about this. As I understand, JB has 1.66% left as of now (prior to trade on Thursday) 1% will go today and he will therefore will have 0.66 left to sell on Friday morning. Correct? If so, we should see something of an uplift on Friday with approx 1.7m less sells and significant FOMO. Monday/next week should see the price level start to return to where it should be at the present time, and I do think this is 20-30p. 50p by Christmas is definitely a possibility.

Sadly not, Nickel. Tempted but leaving all here as I think this could go at anytime. Have a soft spot for Tullow, hence checking in over there. Agree, money on its way to balance the books at TLW and when it lands all will be good, for the short term at least.

Nickel has been a busy boy over at Tullow this morning too! ; ) Used to be in that a while ago but thankfully sold up before the steady (and today dramatic) drop. Put all in here for now.

'Its always darkest before the dawn' .....and I believe that is where we are with Amigo currently . Tough couple of days just passed but the 'dawn' is coming very soon. Have faith and hold. Whether a steady rise or a rocket ship with bumps along the way, this will be good soon enough. DYOR.

If its the boards plan to put out a counter offer or incentive for PI's then they had better do this quickly. I appreciate that they may want, ideally, to wait until JB has sold down so as not to benefit him in terms of share price rises for his remaining sales. However, PI's are already submitting their voting preferences and so the clock is ticking. Over to you BoD! Tick tock, tick tock!
