It is 'only' 50k, as you say @Gibbo. Quite a number have that value of shares or more on this board. However, it is a timely boost to sentiment. Don't expect a rocket yet until lending resumes but I think talk of 8p will be gone now : ) Phew! : )

People will sell. People will buy (especially those who see the potential value of this company). That's how the market works isn't it?

This is true Iseb, though it doesn't take so many with a large holding, and with no intention of selling at anytime soon, to steady the ship. We certainly won't see 61% panic sold back into the market - or anywhere near that. Fully expect those in this for a fast turnaround to get out shortly or have jumped ship already, and said that this morning. However, many, like me, will hold.

IG. Please can you provide a breakdown of the sale statistics as you also seem to be speculating about information that you don't have? Who exactly bought these shares? Were they ALL speculators? No, I suspect they were not. I have some and I'm not speculating. I know many others who are in the same position. Deramping also not appreciated. Lets all just stay calm and let things settle. And they will.

Just to add. Also bought more on the dip yesterday (very lucky at @9.38p) and will hold all shares long term now. There are few companies that have so much growth potential and I am confident enough to put a significant stake into. Amigo, for me, is certainly one of those. Less stress, emotion gone from this and all about the steady gains - essentially what investing should be. We just don't have the excitement now and, honestly, I'll miss that. Hold and relax would be my advice but DYOR.

It is. Not the result I wanted yesterday but a steady ship is what we have now. Not expecting any fireworks anymore or the rapid rise that we perhaps would have had with JB involved. It is, however, a great growth investment with risks reducing. Expecting a steady and long term climb upwards after those that were in this for a rapid turnaround have slowly cleared out.

Morning all. The most important thing for today is for matters to be settled at Amigo and for the company to move forward - hopefully with JB and GC at the helm, or with significant involvement. Don't worry about prices - will it be 20p today.....no, I doubt that very much (but will be happy if it is). Will it rise on positive news? Hopefully so. The key, for the significant levels that we know Amigo can reach from here, is for matters to be settled with the FCA, lending to resume and a positive plan for the future of the company. These will not happen today. However, when they are settled, 12p or 20p will be a VERY distant memory and well worth holding for. Hold and chill IMO :) GLA!

We are talking about a billion pound company here when its back on track. Nothing has been left to chance I'm sure.

Once lending resumes, dust settles with FCA etc I think the many bags will come sooner than people think, given the current price. I'm not talking 1-2 GBP yet but it could reach 50-60p very quickly IMO.
