Takeover?17 Sep 2020 08:45
Ok, so these are simply my random thoughts/questions and so please feel free to tear them apart ; )
I have to admit firstly that I was surprised about the drop this week, having expected a rapid rise following the end of the 1% sells but have come to believe that it is due to traders wanting a quick turnaround and not getting it (perhaps even Nayan selling his large holding?) they will move on soon enough, or have already, and I expect to see a rise from here.
1. GC and JB came back to AMGO, essentially with a plan together. Why does everyone think that this is not now happening or isn't part of a very smart game?
2. The board clearly want the share price to remain low. They could have come back this week with positive news to fight off JB and give us confidence in them but they haven't. Why is this, what advantage is it to them to lose the votes and goodwill of shareholders? Are they pushing us toward JB/another buyer?
3. Why hasn't JB bought to secure himself some votes already and why is he seemingly so confident that PI's will back him? Is he about to drop a takeover bomb?
4. As NICKEL said..... in CAPITALS, Peel (?) were frantically buying every share they could get their hands on a week or two back. What has happened to these?
5. I just can't see that we will simply drift toward a vote next week with no buys from JB and nothing released by the board to get us onside, in the hope that one or the other will be voted for?! It makes no sense to me.
I really do believe that this could be an incredible investment provided all goes relatively to plan long term - and it seems as though we are taking baby steps toward that.
Seriously, GAME OF LOANS!
