For the traders probably a bit of selling on the bell/AM now that there is no RNS (could be an intra day though) and a buy back in later to make sure they are in for a potential RNS tomorrow. Could be totally wrong though. Not sure its worth the risk though at this point.

News seems to be slowly spreading on this one. It will rise shortly. Patience.

My guess is a bit of a breather after the meteoric rise from 2p. 100% + in a week is pretty good going! Not unhelpful for the SP to remain in this range before court but seriously, who knows with this share...lol!

If the last few days have told you anything its to simply wait and have patience. Some will decide to cash in, some will have ridden the price back up and are in profit. There will be sells but the general trend is one of buying and so the price will rise. Ignore Prolee and others shorting this stock.

Expecting another solid day today. No reason for buying not to continue up until court date as there seems to be appetite for share purchases here at present. No doubt a few will decide to cash out along the way but hopefully an upward trend toward court.

Nice slow and steady rise so far today. Can everyone agree to hold please so that some decent SP gains back toward reasonable value can materialise. Thank you.

Will get over 3p this week - how far over I am not going to try to predict. Last week was dreadful indeed but I do see this getting through court now, and approved. Lets not forget the overwhelming vote 'for' last time and the offer is much improved now. The FCA standing in the way at this point is essentially depriving claimants of their money and they won't want that bad press when they are on the verge of what could be considered a 'triumph' for them. They have got a good deal, and then some, at the expense of many hard working people who have invested here. I know we have the potential of a raise at some point in the future but ANYTHING can happen after approval - new products, buy out, heavy II investment etc etc.

He's interim, Jimmy. There might be plans for someone else more permanent in the future, or maybe he will continue long term. We can't know that currently. Unlikely that the perfect candidate is readily available. For now, I'm just glad we have someone fulfilling that role. Everyday loans was/is the more successful arm of NSF.

Agree @itisagame, investors were certainly let to believe that relending would begin in early 2021. Here we are in 2022 and still nothing.

The one bit of positivity that I would cling to is that the Amigo SP often does the opposite of expectation. Not convinced that will apply in this current situation but as we approach court, potentially with a new CFO lined up to take the reigns then things may pick up. There have been some big buys coming through too. Lets see.

The sell price jumped to 2.7pm at that time. The 2m was definitely a buy. As are the multiple trades just under 50k shares that have been popping up all morning.

Prolee & Strongwoman. Seriously, why are you still wasting your time on this forum? You believe so strongly that Amigo is doomed? Great, ok, you have said your piece so now go and do something more useful with your life. The alternative is you are still interested but just trying to get a better entry price/shorting. My suspicion is the latter.

If its not share you are interested in anymore @Strongwoman then why so many posts on this forum?

If you are unaware of who she is then I suggest you research this share in more detail. Regardless, Sara is the person who has taken screenshot of your/her post referring to claimants with valid claims as ‘halfwits’ and posted that on the Facebook creditors page as an example of shareholders feelings toward redress claimants. I suggest you do not use such derogatory terms when referring to others.

Great first post Winston Smith - AKA Sara Williams. You need to get more creative with your made up names on a new account. Do you think it’s appropriate to refer to your clients as halfwits?
