You sound like you probably shouldn’t be investing at all, just put your cash in the bank and keep it safe - fingers crossed the bank doesn’t burn down …..yes, I know, they will be insured etc …. lol ; )

Now that Provident have had their SOA approved by the court they are in a strong position to potentially buy out NSF. Let’s see. Bargain price at present and Everyday loans (part of NSF group) is a strong business.

You simply need to look at the way these small cap pharma’s tend to move. They will rise and fall when news is quiet but will rocket more than most when news comes in. We know the news is coming and is likely to be very good. Very confident that 4D will do well. If I had more funds currently available I would personally be throwing everything at it at this price - not investment advice, DYOR.

They literally just sat on the fence, didn't object, allowed the vote to go ahead and gain 95% support from creditors and then, despite the terms remaining exactly the same, they decided to object. Tell your wife/husband that you 'reserve the right to object at a later date' and see their reaction.

FCA lied. FCA didn’t regulate CMC’s. FCA did not object to the scheme going ahead to a vote, then did, despite the terms not changing.
