You're only trapped if you planned to sell today. If you are happy to invest over a longer period then this is just daily movement. Nothing to panic over.

60 minutes is a bit extreme. They will open down to put the frighteners on everyone then up form there. 20 mins of panic possible. A reminder to anyone - if you sold at open yesterday for 125p you will have missed the rise back up to 177p later in the day. Ask yourself why the doomsayers come out of the woodwork (and I don't mean those offering balanced or opposing views) - they are simply looking for the best entry price, or are shorting, otherwise why would they be here.

No, that can be worked around. It only needs to be over $2 for 5 days. Its not a significant hurdle and one that can be overcome.

Between my last post and this, Bitcoin has risen. Ignore the negative noise and make your own investment decisions.

Its staying quite steady (as steady as BTC can be at least) around the 39,000gbp mark. not dropping. No need to panic anyone.

Not advice, you can do what you like but if you think Arb is a good long term prospect in terms of investment then stay in - personally I think it is. If you don't, then sell. Some will suggest you buy in for their own benefit - because they are underwater, others because they genuinely believe this is a great price at present, again I do think that. Others might suggest you sell or use scare tactics because they are potentially shorting and want you to sell. Decide if you think Argo is the future and invest, or not, accordingly.

Signs are that there may be a dip on opening (pending no positive morning RNS). Same happened yesterday then a strong recovery until the late drop again. We know that there is a large holder (Timmins) selling off. This is a good thing in respect of the NASDAQ listing (google and 30 seconds of research will tell you why), we are also being shorted due to the drop in BTC and the sell off. Results are due tomorrow - expecting them to be better than most assume they will be - more BTC mined and better exchange price of ZEC to BTC amongst other positives. NASDAQ is not a certainty in the short term but will come. My personal view is its in process. When BTC stabilises and NASDAQ RNS drops you won't see this share price for dust. It will be gone, out of sight, never likely to return unless crypto collapses and the signs are that crypto, in one form or another, will be the future. If you believe that crypto/digital currency is the way forward then Arb is a good place to be IMO. Just be patient.

If I invest time/money in my kids, is it a gamble? If I invest in an employee, money, training, support - is it a gamble? Some might consider it is but then essentially everything in life is then a gamble if so. Who knows. I'm more interested in Argo which I don't see as a gamble at all. It will be an amazing success.

A gamble is closing your eyes, pointing at a stock and throwing all of your money into it. Investing is carefully researching and selecting a company that you have belief in and that you feel will develop and grow over time. Doesn't mean it will always work out but significantly increases your odds of success. A risk, not a gamble.

Zoom out and you will see BTC drops are a regular occurrence. Healthy in many ways. It will recover (and is as I write this). Next leg up will come soon.

I think that's right regarding the numbers for Amigo. I don't know the numbers for NSF in terms of guarantor loans but it will be less than Amigo in overall number. The problem is that the cash value could potentially (though probably won't be) be higher than Amigo if outside of a SoA so its important for the BoD and FCA to clarify next steps asap. BoD think its around 16m?

Amigo’s redress is 15-35m (plus a share of profits over 4 years) because that’s what they have set out in the Scheme of Arrangement, if approved. The alternative is that the level of redress would be overwhelming and they would go into administration - 100’s of millions would need to be paid (and it couldn’t be so administration would result) without the SoA. It’s not comparable with NSF unless they look at a SoA also.

Videos - Question. NASDAQ? - ‘’Can’t talk about NASDAQ’’ Question. Joining the FTSE 250? ‘’No’’. It’s safe to assume NASDAQ is being planned/in process. Huge uplift of SP when that is announced. 100% up from these levels in a day is actually realistic when that RNS drops.

No, I would say quite the opposite to come @Markgolf. First investments are nearly out, at a guess 3 or 4m left from their 41m holding. Its ready for take off after that as buys are flooding in. Just wait and see : )

I hope it was a sell. If that's the last of Timis then we are free to join the NASDAQ and the sky is the limit once there.
