Yes, I suspect that’s likely. Wouldn’t be a great idea to go into negotiations with the FCA cashed up or perhaps having to do a further RI down the line if the redress was higher than expected - though I know they will be very much aware of a worst case scenario. Once agreement is reached with FCA then RI can take place at an appropriate level to cover that and fund the company going forward.

Ouch. A couple of 150+K sells. Needs news to pick up from here. Placing/refinancing potentially swiftly followed by more positive news may mean it’s worth hanging on here if currently holding. My guess is 5p placing so not a huge impact for holders who have bought in over the past few months. Purely a guess though, who knows. Literally anything could happen. Including positive.

Been in and out of NSF on a number of occasions. Entered at 3p. Definitely has decent prospects in the current environment. Need to get the placing out of the way for it to find true value in the longer term.

Could be today @mark if Amigo SoA is approved. These two almost always move together.

Suspect that they have news to deliver, just needed to wait until $LBPS was available to buy which has taken all week, but it seems to be up and running now. Just needs time to settle and news flow to come.

Finally LBPS available to trade on HL. I know there have been issues to buy with other platforms, no doubt in the US also. Not the smoothest start but likely results RNS tomorrow followed by the already announced director buys. Will pick up from here.

Yes, LBPS is still not set up on many broker sites, and to make it worse LOAC has been removed so I’m not surprised at all about the low US volume. You simply can’t buy it on most platforms.... but that could change at any time. NASDAQ also down yesterday which wasn’t helpful. Nothing has changed regarding DDDD. If you researched thoroughly and invested here on that basis then you already know there is nothing to worry about. Patience is all that is needed.

Still can't buy LOAC/LBPS currently on HL. Its seemingly not yet available on most platforms to buy so its not surprising there is low volume in LBPS and a drop at present.

No, it’s not there yet. Will take a little time and placing shares to churn through also. We all know this is underpriced. Patience.

Can’t buy LBPS or LOAC on HL (previously could buy LOAC). Will take a few days to settle and appear on various platforms. Long term this is an awesome company and an amazing price at present. Just chill and enjoy the ride up over the next few days/weeks, it will be fine : )
