Hi Rob and all...I think the I've paid the tax man enough in my working life I've just turned 60 and plan to retire in April take my pensions through drawdown £12571 a year till I can claim state pension at 67 and will top up living costs with dividends from my isa and a flat which i rent out ....Maybe not for everyone but can only speak for myself......

Agree I looked at this a couple of years back was trading above £1 I brought earlier this year at around 50p so I'm happy If i had paid above the £1 mark then obviously not so.....Just an after thought I wonder if SOHO would be interested in buying out as same sort of business?

Hi Rob have held and traded UKW for a few years now....Nice steady income with good solid growth prospects....Last year or so have invested in reits PHP AGR SOHO and RESI all pay a good dividend and with interest rates looking like there on a downward trend good growth prospects in my view ....

I'd say now pushing 411....But if your happy with what you made good for you....Got a few at 388 will see how the day pans out may sale if pushes 420

Yes all ok at the mo Rob just got back from the Cotswolds ...Met up with family ....Should add long lost family.....Don't ask it's an even longer story.....As for the Vod share price like many others here am down quite a bit so have to hang on for the time being ....When i was around 12 years old I realised it's no good shouting at the football on the TV as not going to make the slightest difference to the outcome a bit like the ranting and raving on here......

Will probably reinvest to get my average down....Each to there own can see why some will take the cash as been a bit of a rollercoaster over the last few years....
