Hold firm Rob I've held these for a few years now and have served me well I have an average of 135p including dividends they always seem to go back up did sell a batch at 160p and brought back in at 148p

Thanks for your replies ....My assumption was that as a reit they have to pay a quarterly dividend so wind-up or not this should be paid so will wait with bated breath for the first week of Feb....

Savage I don't think anyone in there right mind would bid £1.10 a share.....My average is around £1.05 so when it surpasses that I'll be selling up and running for the hills....

If there was a takeover bid say £1.10 per share I would be selling up faster then a rat up a drain pipe.....
