I valued them highly when they were mining, their costs were around $1200 and gold had risen to $1400, the company was only valued at $10m but was in theory making a quarter of that, only it wasn’t as costs kept rising without as being told faster that gold, so mine closed down. Then I values Anza at almost nothing as we didn’t have the capital to do anything. I sold half just to make a very big tax loss. ThenNewmont provided that, for a large stake and was worth 10p so sold some more, but drifted back under 2p, and had forgotten about them/psychologically written them off, then Agnico came in too and they show to 20p then 40p and sold some more. As said they don’t really have a value just what someone else is prepared to pay for them, as you say expectation and speculation until we find what ounces and costs when there are metrics used in mining to calculate potential future, and you can see if they are much cheaper or more expensive than this, but not yet.imho
