I predicted this placing would happen but admittedly not to the scale that has been implemented. The board have truly screwed all existing share holders in TRX and its utterly disgraceful. However there is some light at the end of the tunnel and the company has more than enough funds to make this company work now and hopefully reward existing and new share holders in the future. GLA

Its a simply question really. Would you pay 450 million for a company that looses 75 million in a quarter and is bound to loose money in the following 3 quarters. Lets say 150 million loss for the year, and i believe that is being generous. Is the answer is yes buy the shares and be apart of the journey. If not Sell.

the only way this share is going is down ! mcap if completely overvalued for this loss making company !if anyone cant see that their clearly deluded and blind. Luxury goods will struggle for the next 2 months. Probably all car manufacturers will struggle and that will reflect in the share price. I wouldn't be surprised if this hit 15p. Although i do see Aston doing well in the future as their production lines and products are great but at the moment its really struggling.

The company has no reason whats so ever to undertake a placing. Cash reserves is solid. Still receiving majority of income. Operating margin has always been high and therefore can take a significant hit and not materialise into anything significant short term. Solid company and whoever invests will be highly rewarded.

But if they did de list the shares what happens to the share holders ? do we simply get a divided share of assets which would be cash only with this company ? never been in that position whilst holding a share in the company ? any guidance would be appreciated.
