we could do with a couple of funds adding some buying pressure here. Woodford obviously had a big position but he has now gone. there quite a lot of shares in free float.

agreed REIT's need to issue steady dividends to hold a steady share price. I'm holding long term am my current yield on previous dividends is over 30% and I will just reinvest the dividends going forward.

when they issued loads of RNS's they did nothing to the SP really. I think the only way this share will raise is if they sell one of the companies to release value for the share holders.

the market doesn't seem to like false promises or agreed contracts so far.

Any in terms of a dividend they will have to pay one to remain as a REIT if the UFFO is profitable which I believe will be better than expected. NRR have been completely transparent about figures so far which I like about the company.

The market is probably being cautious in terms of ships being closed again for a calendar month. NRR have dealt with these pressures before very well and income has been good considering the economic disaster we currently living in. NRR will come good. Freezing the dividend and selling of low yield assets will be good for the balance sheet and out loan LTV's. I believe patience will be well rewarded in terms of share price and dividend yield going forward.

The BOD really need to press on the FCA to get their findings out and deal with them as efficiently as possible. I agree the 15 million potential fine wont go down well in terms of financial covenants and the market is now pricing this. This is simply a pure gamble now. Hopefully the FCA fine will be lower and delivered by end of month but I highly doubt it. Good luck all.

Agree. Was quite happy with the trading update this morning. Believe this will rise now over the coming months.

Investring the FCA are investigation one part of the company not the whole company and therefore your assumption of the company looking grim as a going concern is very misleading.

odd dealings with HSBC. I find it strange that they bought so much and they have then pretty much sold the lot by the looks of things. Not sure what to think.

they will be down significantly. will have minimal bearing on the deal price.

they did mention within the presentation that a lot of the retail units could be transformed into warehouse units and a lot of the parks positions are good for warehouse units. Also development land to build new warehouses on existing retail parks. They bought one pretty recently that had a lot of undeveloped land. Cant remember which one though!

I can on foresee that dividend shareholders are selling at the moment as they require the income. As far as I'm concerned it more of a opportunity to add more shares. Long term I believe NRR are fine just a bump in the road at the moment.

I think the company will issue further updates every month now to reassure shareholders. I hope so anyway. Things are certainly looking brighter wit h plenty of cash in the bank and strong asset value.
