we all know whats dragged the share price down. The company need to develop further revenue opportunities and stabilise yearly profit pay off the debt. Personally as an investor i would prefer if they didn't pay a dividend for at least three years so they can chip away at that debt more efficiently. The balance sheet would look far more brighter, and then in tern i think the share price will do to.

I thought it was a very informative presentation. I like the companies strategy and keeping up with market sentiment and their strategy to create equity utilising existing assets. The plan in my opinion works and i hope the share price and dividend return rewards shareholders.

Personally think you are both completely wrong. Their strategy is reduce debt and decrease the LTV value of the current portfolio and sell assets not buy. But we will see as we always say.

personally think people are over reacting about businesses paying rent and so on. but we will all see over the next few years i suppose

why would landlords just wave a 1/3 third of their rental payments. It would make them loose money also.

be honest it think most governments will avoid lockdowns at all costs and manage the numbers going into hospital by starting strict testing and tracing regimes and protecting hospitals. The sad reality is that the economy is more important than human lives of the elderly and people that a venerable to ill health. A tough and bold statement but true.

One thing I would like to see is a structured debt repayment plan in brief. I feel by picking at the debt year on year the company would be so much stronger and more appealing to investors and the company would naturally be a safer heaven. I am invested but unsure how the debt was built on so much ? anybody on this forum know the history behind the debt ?

as long as they pay their rent I don't care how much they are struggling.

Well don't today to SHI holders. Hopefully see further uplift next week with the construction industry back to normal and debt cleared.

personally think you are crazy to think that, as i strongly believe its overvalued for a loss making company. but your open to your opinion as so am I. Big losses equates to a falling share price.

cant believe how many people are investing in AML. not surprised your shorting it. Loss after loss the figure don't lie . they are horrific. believe I'm correct in saying they made a 80 million loss first quarter ? SIG on the other hand has now got a great opportunity to fore fill share holder value and returns.

I will be selling ODX at an all time high within the next couple of weeks and adding to my share holding here. So two weeks wait would work perfectly for me ! Good company good assets and good figures going forward.

If you halved the net asset value of the company to 650 mil that is still multiples of todays share price.

are completely useless. So many companies have failed with them watching keeping an eye on the books. Crooks the lot of them. I hope the FCA comes down hard on them.

Now to more important points. What are we expecting 2019 profits to be. I'm thinking anywhere between 25 & 30 million.
