TRX is a great company in the making with its products. Sadly has a low undervalued Mcap and the company desperately needs money. From my initial research I was expecting the company to be EBITDA positive by end of Q2 "2020. From the research note it implies that this probably wont be achieved until at least Q1 2021 which is quite a shift. I'm hoping some sort of finance facility could be provided to TRX but in my opinion the easiest option for the board to raise Cash is a placing. It will be a significantly large placing in my opinion to raise what they require. At least 3-4 million but it would be a great financial stabiliser for the company and I believe the share price will react positively over the short term. Only in my opinion of course.

Just tried a dummy buy for £15,000 and they offered shares @ 1.2599

will be the easiest option for the company but in my opinion it wont have a negative impact on the SP due to the recapitalisation of the company thereafter and a company that will probably profitable at least by end of Q2.

is what i'm expecting. It will be a significant amount against the current share price/ market cap and will hit shareholder short term but in the medium long term it would benefit the companies cash balance. Even better result if the share price was higher prior to the placing. Whats other peoples views on the recapitalisation issue ?

Has anyone been in contact with the company to understand the fundamental positives or also negatives to this share ?

From what I can tell from the latest RNS there's lot of wishy washy hopeful statements but the company hasn't really delivered on anything from hat it seems to me. I note that the fund has delivered a NAV but they haven't stated the value ? why so ?

I Reckon Woodford's new controllers are loading off as well as Baillie. Hopefully when that selling pressure has stopped we should rise nicely. Well hope so anyways !

With assets with such high potential value Ethiopia alone why is the share price not even close to the relative value ? this should be a 100m market cap+ company easy …………….

completely bent drop. Company has great fundaments and is going strong. The stock is getting manipulated to allow someone to build up their stake.
