Back ? under .5% short positions may be selling. the quicker they get out the bigger the bounce back

as I mentioned yesterday. There was 20% of holdings short less than 0.5% as of yesterday. if they start closing I think we will see the move up. That's what may be happening at the moment.

yeah £2.50 seems very high to me but I may be highly mistaken.

The AA have already got back to me In terms of my email and have phoned me also. They have stated that's the company is trading well due an update in early August. One thing that did concern me is short positions on the stock under .5% hold currently stands today at around 20% of issued shares. Make of it what you will but that's obviously a high leverage.

agreed. I have just emailed the company requesting one. I'm confident that they can refinance 200m with such low interest rates at the moment. Time will tell.

Anyone contacted the company to discuss the current situation ? I'm happy to do so if haven't . All share holders have the right to and believe they should issue a trading update.

The share is getting terrible depressing. RED day every day. As have previously stated the debt it a massive overhang for this Company and believe the market is pricing the company now as pretty much insolvent the way its going. The next update needs to robust because if its not god help us. Lets hope for a robust trading update and see how the market reacts.

you all grow up gents ? It's getting beyond pathetic now. I for one am invested with an average of 55p which isnt an issue as far as I'm concerned. In terms of future progression of this company i do feel that some of the opinions on numbers will differ as everyone has their own opinions.

In terms of future prospects I can't see any profit per test above £1 as we are only a manufacturer not a designer ,inventor or the company selling the products.

Lets be real and conservative. My personal target is 85p which I do think the Company will reach within two months following the current news flow which I believe will come as stated by the consortium and Omega. If more lucrative numbers are suggested per test and volume of test ordered I may increase my base price accordingly.

Omega has advised its potential in terms of future output they just need solid orders to follow and align with their strategy.
For those who have invested I hope you have done research as these boards will only assist your research it wont assist you on a whim purchase trying to make a quick buck.

If the company deliver on what they have advised true value will shine through.

afternoon joker. If and i think they can survive the realistically 12 months struggle , I think NRR's will be bright. As they mentioned in the presentation the company has a lot of head wind and they need to take advantage and utilise it. As previously mentioned I have worked as a consultant within the retail development side of things in the last 4 years. I don't however understand the pub fundamentals as I haven't had anything to do with that.

It will be interesting to see the sale value of our low yielding assets for the three months after Marc. And then evaluate the cash position and LTV then.

morning J star. NRR has a slightly different customer base where a lot of their shops have significant free area. But times are going to be hard for everyone and I dont believe the government will be able to help any further. To break even i think rent collections need to be above 60% which I believe they can achieve better than that.

i think the reality is that the government cant afford to shut things down again and in turn the economy will be places before human lives. Sadly human life isn't worth anything, plenty of humans not enough money. Sad times for all for the next couple of years.

The AA should be able to replace the existing bond thats due for repayment with a new one with a better deal. This would also allow them to repay debt at a more efficient rate.

This was obviously going to happen the debt was disgustingly high. Their strategy and asset portfolio is nothing like NRR's.

Wouldn't be required unless they can get a bite of some juicy business. They have plenty of cash and debt facility. As they advised they could sustain a long period of downward revenue if required. But with many of the assets open after July the 4th i think NRR will do well long term. The business strategy is going away from the likes of Intu which is a classic disaster of spend spend spend someone else will pay for it.
