imo tho’ news will start pumping very shortly and much maligned Tanzi will bring home the bacon commencing with the SML Its still our flagship always will be.
Bots will be the second course. But Tanzi goodies are what I have asked for in my Santa letter.

in the same boat as you re loading up bcl. I'm not concerned by the lack of interest. Its no measure of the worth of the company. I had no interest in BMN and now don't have the inclination to fully research it (happy with KIBO's prospects if not the past delays)

Some further musings on our discussions yesterday may assist.
Two of the main issues in our debate were to do with how to appropriately value KIBO and whether or not what was in your view the low price KIBO paid for Bots should ring warning bells.
There is a synergy between these issues imo.
Imo Bots is a great deal for both participants. KIBO get an advanced stage coal to power project the in country know how of Shumba access to Shumbas investor base and the opportunity to participate in future Shumba projects. Shumba obviously see the VALUE (that word) to them of Access to KIBO’s heavyweight partners the opportunity to participate in future projects and very significantly their KIBO shareholding none of which had been sold down to the date Shumbas most recent accounts were prepared.
So very much a win win scenario. Hope this helps.

It is possible that when all is said and done you have a genuine wish to understand the dynamics of the wonderful Bots transaction so you can join the KIBO family. I can see past your insults. You crave love and acceptance. I was all set to write a complimentary post about you but then we went up last week. Maybe another time.
Anyway just so as to help you.......
Although Bots as you say is a fantastic deal for KIBO giving us ownership of Shumbas advanced stage coal to power project as well as access to their investor base in country know how and potential future projects they didn’t in fact get
it on the cheap.
And here is if by magic we have the synergy between the two points you were trying to make to me yesterday. Shumba see the enormous VALUE to them in being able to participate in future KIBO projects in being intruduced to KIBO’s strategic partners and last but not least in holding a humungous chunk of KIBO’s imo soon to explode shares.
Its a fantastic win win scenario Lurker.

You make 2 points
1. LC is engaging in sleight of hand by declining to accept the AIM market as the ultimate arbiter of the valuation of his company.
2. There is something worthy of note in an AIM company with exciting projects possibly diluting in the future to bring them to fruition.
I disagree with both your points. If you think I’m being unfair do come back at me and if lobbing a few choice insults at me helps you to express yourself knock yourself out.

And I put it to you that you have perhaps inadvertantly pointed up thegenius of LC in clonching the deal he did in Bots. You find it hard to believe how good the deal is so you seek to rubbish it. And of course you have not provided evidence for your point on the adequacy of info given. A general reference to your alleged experience wont cut it.

It is quite possible that I do not have your expertise in company valuation. However I have been cross examining experts in different areas for much of my professional life. I have to say that when an expert seeks to big up his own qualifications without me having invited him to do so thats often a sign that its time to go go for the jugular

in my opinion you are wrong. KIBO have given us lots of relevant info re the Bots project far more info than most other companies would give ref similar purchases.
I agree with you that LC got it for a great price!

Kibo progressing steadily without panic (and significantly without hype).
Definitive feasibility in bots shouldn’t take an age. We are working to a template. Mining license in bots within 1 month. Same likely in Tanz.
I ecpect to hear exciting progress in Moz in the new year and before the end of the year in MAST.
We’ve been told to expect a prompt finish to the tender process in Tanz.
And SEPCO, dont forget they are not mushrooms like us They will have the meat of the info not just our bones. They will act accordingly.

I hear what you're saying Global but I didn't make the last statement in my last post as a knee jerk thing. It is my considered view. In my opinion KIBO is an obvious multibagger hiding in plain sight in a numpty market just waiting for a trigger to rerate. We have in my opinion been suckered/ground down call it what you will into adopting a "poor mans mentality" in respect of this share. Some even fear the imminent SEPCO inward investment as being potential for another banana skin rather than a cause for celebration (even if it does turn out to be further delayed).
I know my "big statement" will jar with some who's views I respect.
Believe me though the "small statements" of some others jar with me.

I think Lurker and Global that your recent posts make the mistake of assuming that the value of an AIM company bears even a slight resemblance to its share price. It of course does not. The share price of an AIM company is dictated to a large extent by sentiment, whether punters find its model easy to understand, whether folks decide to ramp or short it whether the herd are getting excited by it etc etc. imo KIBO cold 10 bag tomorrow on no news and still not be overvalued.

Agree with your position on Stage 2 JD.
Tanesco have no reason to spin this out and frustrate the rest of the government. The PPA work has been done already largely. Its actually looking like the perfect storm is brewing for our shareprice with imminent news on four fronts and hopefully patience only required a little longer.
