There is no reason imo to suspect that the three outstanding SML's won't be treated in exactly the same way whether that is quickly or slowly. Neither is there any reason to believe that a further delay in the SEPCO investment (and of course there miay be) will lead to Armageddon. NCCL for example don't have the short term prospect of inward investment whether delayed or not for their one Moz project which has been delayed just as much as Tanzi and with far longer still to go than Tanzi. They were until the last couple of days over the moon at the refinancing of their debt (we have no debt). They will need more money soon just like us.The market in its infinite wisdom says they are currently worth more than us. The market is of course wrong. However that is only a comfort to those who don't have to offload immediately.
If you like Sonic reckon you need to adjust your position for fear of what may happen (or not happen) next Monday good luck to you. I think you will need to be fleet of finger to gain in the event of a delay but what do I know. I will heartily congratulate anyone who turns a buck or two under whatever circumstances.

The decision of the ECJ means no more than a temporary halt to auctions and will nog apparently affect at all the pre qualifying stage which MED is probably at imo.

I find it difficult to understand why you appear to infer in your last post Sonic that there is in some way a risk to KIBO's solvency if SEPCO don't commit to invest by the end of the month. There is of course no such risk.
Whatever happens or doesn't happen at the end of the month KIBO are currently adequately funded with superb assets and unlike most AIM companies NO DEBT!
I sometimes wonder if we would all perversely have been a lot happier if the prospect of the inward investment had never been announced (until it actually happens).
That way the doubters wouldn't be fretting and the mischief makers would not be mischief making.

Bcl Are you sure you’re not running the risk of turning a good news story into a narrative in which there is instead an impending possible catastrophe. There is of course no telling what temporary and illogical moves our market may make given certain circumstances. Our flagship is currently valued at nil. The only way that the share price will move in the short to medium term is imo up.
