In my view your obsession with the KIBO chatboard for the reasons you have already stated cannot be doing your health any good.
You have had a good try but sadly your credibility is imo shot through.

I’m going to answer your query without rechecking the RNS’s of both companies so feel free to correct.
Lets look at Moz in isolation
NCCL have feasibility studies which are a few years old and relate the 2nd last version of their power plant. The previous failed JDA envisaged that even with all these studies extra work costing from memory at least 20 mill would be required to take it to financial close.
The previous proposed JDA partners failed to commit and so NCCL have identified potential new partners. Who knows how long it may take them to commit if they do and what the terms of any JDA will be and thereafter what the terms of any finance will be.
Of course KIBO have their uncertaities also re potential financial terms. The momentum is with them however. The bankable feasibility study is epected later this year and PPA’s are being negotiated as we speak.KIBO are doing things in a different order but meaty negotiations on diffrent fronts are ongoing. NCCL are still waiting for the green light to negotiate their new attempt at a JDA before thinking of anything else.
Dont get me wrong I rate Nccl. They are currently imo at a fair value. We of course are currently not.

What will impact the share price is the snowball effect of investors with KIBO on their watchlists who have greedily (and why not!) hung off buying until the share price bottomed panicking as the KIBO juggernaut begins to pick up speed towards its inevitable rerate. Momentum is the key on AIM.
We have for all the reasons we know about been the victims of negative momentum since it became obvious that Tanzi was mucking us about.
We have ended up with an utterly irrational share price. Even most of the naysayers will no that but not admit it. A rational market would for example value us at least twice the value of nccl even as things stand at the moment.
Lurkers ramblings about us going bust mark him out as a figure of fun.

Sonic, Well what can I say I respect you as a trader. Loyalty and morals don't come into it. You did make a bit of a mistake when you disclosed some time time ago your full reasons for posting as you do! However I will congratulate you if you reach 50 by midnight.
All you longterm holders out there. The balance is shifting our way again and we will soon be having the difficult decision to make about whether to exit at our respective averages or do we actually want to make money.
All very much in my honest opinion.

I don't know about trends Sonic. All I know is that if you don't tire you will get to 50 posts in a day before midnight. That will probably be some kind of record.Go for it son!

In my opinion KIBO is bubbling away nicely from the view of its fundamental health. Moz and med very exciting. More to come in the next month. Bots no less exciting but possibly in the second wave after the other two. And we can be absolutely sure that our dedicated CEO and board will be working away to get the best result from Tanz bearing in mind the cards dealt so far.
There is so much happening on all fronts that of course the CEO deserves his wage. The 10+ each posts a day crowd want you to concentrate on the share price so as to drive sentiment into the ground.
Funding is an issue but KIBO seem relaxed about this aspect.
There will be no surprise placing imo. A general meeting with the opportunity for an encouraging news fest would have to happen first.
And has been said many times we have no debt and attractive assets.
So difficult times currently for holders made no easier by certain posters on here but imo great times ahead for KIBO.

I like the rest of us can only speculate. I would observe tho' that there have been plenty of chances for panicky fundraisings and it hasn't happened yet.

I sense this is going against the trend on this board but I believe the RNS's.

It’s hardly worth making this point Lurker but your last post is just the latest example of your inability to objectively debate. No one suggested that LC was playing poker with investors. Thats a straw man argument. Your second sentence is simply false.

I thought LC came over as understated but confident. He doesn't do flashy.
There's been a bit of aggro between us all recently. For myself I have the expectation that within the next year all will be well for us. However I still value some of the posters who point out the downside. Makes for a balanced board. The posters who I don't rate are the hope stealers who seem gleefully to revel in others misfortune or congratulate themselves on their predictive abilities sometimes many times in the day. There are not that many of them but its obvious who they are!

Nice to see you Riddler and Eyes Right. If nothing else this weeks crash has brought in new PI blood to freshen up a Chat Board that desperately needs it.
My analysis comes with a health warning. I probably fall into the definition of a "happy clapper" according to some albeit that currently like most long term holders I am not happy or clapping.
However despite the recent decimation of my investment my positive views on our CEO and the company remain unchanged.
Tanzania has been described by one respected poster on here as a "slow car crash" and its the stalling and possible termination of that project that has led to the decline in the share price over the last year. None of that has been KIBO's fault.
Some were talking of a 10 bagger. Little did we expect a "reverse" 10 bagger.
However as we all know the market especially the AIM market can be irrational and in this case I think it is simply ignoring our other 3 exciting projects which the CEO has described as being pursued very very aggressively and for an idea on timescales see the broker note towards the end of last year.
Diametrically opposing views on our CEO are expressed on this board. Each will make up their own mind. In my view he is a resilient resourceful entrepreneur who commands the respect of his peers .Even most of those who criticise accept his integrity. IMO he has shown himself to both surefooted but also quickfooted in building up an alternativ energy portfolio when at the time at the time some didn't understand that strategy (but they do now).
So what does the future hold?
IMO it will not be boring.
Mining license due in BOTS.
PPA news on several fronts due in MOZ.
MED very exciting and fast moving apparently.
Some think that funding news will provide a fillip to the price rather than the reverse. We have no debt.
And I'm not giving up on Tanzi yet.
News on any of the above could come any day and send us on the road to recovery IMO.
I do not mean to be insensitive to those who are hurting and I have on paper like others lost a huge amount and need a recovery so it could be argued that my views are biased but I hope they are honestly held.

I agree that this is the time LC has to show leadership. Get clarification soon and if appropriate finally write Tanzi off.

I think what we shall see here this year is a gathering momentum on all fronts. With operational momentum will come share price momentum and a burgeoning belief in the success of our projects.

Somehow doesn’t feel like a placing. Price was unaffected by the 11 mill transaction as opposed to a few panicky sells thereafter.
Neither need we worry about insider knowledge. KIBO as sound as a bell and in any event an insider isn’t going to telegraph their position in this way.
Delayed sale for unknown reasons is a possibility. in that case are we in for a nice bounce?

LC would say he has created significant value. I would agree. ot that objective value cuts any ice with most of us unless it is reflected in the share price. Soon will be imo.

The human touch from the board has scotched lies such as that they seek to hide from us or that they are responsible for missed timelines or that they are responsible for naively passing on timelines unlikely to be fulfilled (they were obliged to legally) or that they have lost their way or that the non Tanzi stuff was simply empire building.
We have a Board and in particular a CEO to be proud of and I am not embarrassed to say so (after all many in the past have said the reverse without a hint of apparent shame).
There will no doubt be a funding RNS soon. I will not complain. It will be a necessary means to an end. The door to the next stage. Our company has they say done "the heavy lifting". imo that means that our season of pain is almost over.
