I respect your views but I disagree with them. Even though Tanzi seems a bit stuck at the moment that is of course not LC's fault. Further more it has not failed it is still proceeding. Further more even if in the worst case scenario Tanzi were to decide that it couldn't be bothered supplying low price electrical power to its people (unlikely in my subission) MCPP would still not have failed.After all without MCPP there would have been no MOZ BOTS MED and whatever other ventures may follow on. I guess we just have a different way of looking at things.

The share price is indeed disappointing. That's a polite way of putting it.
Alice in Wonderland may be a more accurate term for the share price. The share price currently bears no connection whatsoever to the real value of our company.I sometimes think that if we said we were walking away from Tanz we would "bag" immediately.

You appear to assume that the forth coming increase in KIBO’s asset value is going to be nullified by future funding requirements. I disagree.
In my view the current value ascribed by the market to our assets misses the mark by multiples.
Furthermore with no debt and bearing in mind how far along the road we are as I said funding on reasonable terms is imo not an issue to worry about.
No doubt we will agree to disagree!

My only point was that I find the example of SXX encouraging. Obviously drawing analogies between the two companies has limited use and would be fatuous if I were doing it to try to win an argument.
I would just point out however that a few months before SXX acquired the Yorkshire project in 2011 their share price wasn't much higher than ours is now.
They paid 25 million pounds for it (all paid in shares). As it turns out their other assets at the time seem to have withered on the vine.
A Bit of well directed entrepeneurship has proved to be a company maker.
There are too few other examples on AIM of companies who are not prepared to be victims of circumstances but are quick on their feet.
Funding requirements are of course a fact of life in the future Lurker. They don't scare me!
And Global KIBO have the approriate letters of intent re funding and plenty of big players involved.

Nice atmosphere on the board since the New Year.
Surprise surprise we can disagree without being nasty or brcoming tribal.
Which I think is a credit to us considering the amount of time most of us have had to excercise patience.
Most recent events (or non events) in Tanzania have imo put into a new context LC’s diversification strategy (which many of us couldn’t understand at the time.
Don’t forget SXX has become a billion dollar company based entirely on an asset acquired after many of the LTH’s had already invested.

All depends if your an optimist (like me) or a pessimist.
The Tanzi optimist might take encouragement from;
1. The fact of the tender process. Suggests Tanzi means business.
2. The quick rectification thereof. Suggests they want to get on with it.
3. The dire need for electrity.
4. The fact our powerline is being built at huge cost. Joined up thinking may eventually prevail.
5. The mining ministers commission has approved our SML.
6. We have a board of integrity as far as we know. No skeletons in the cupboard.
7. Maga.Well on the one hand he has set out to tackle corruption. On the other hand imo he has according to the law of unintended consequences produced stasis when it comes to the government entering long term contracts.If that continues too much longer maybe his habit of administering a few kicks up the bum may work in our favour?
Who knows?
My gut feeling is that the share price only has one way to go this year and we will be a happier band.

do we think that last 250k was a buy bearing in mind the last two sells on NEX?

Bots is at an advanced stage
The company are hopeful that 2019 will see the swift advancement of the MCPP
Moz is making excellent progress
MED may start generating income in the latter part of next year.
According to our excellent Brokers note which says we ought NOW to be 15p the fourth quarter of next year is likely to be a gigantic perfect storm.
Don't want to drive you apoplectic Swifty but the above are facts and KIBOs fundamentals have imo never been better.
The above is not meant to detract from the recent valid sentiments expressed by BCL Global et al just give the other side of the story from someone who while not clapping much at the moment is an unashamed optimist.
