I think we are going to be solidly range bound and in transfer of shares mode till the next substantive news.
Price has been much more stable since the appointment of the new Broker and I have good vibes about that. It feels like they are on our side.
I think that the next substantive news will be next week.
The Board this week have been imo discussing and implementing near term strategy.
The last RNS makes it obvious they have options.
usual expected titbits and unexpected curve balls could drop.

Today I think provided further evidence to back up the theory that whatever news or lack of news we face in the near future the share price has truly found its bottom.
The longer it remains in its rightly held band whereby it seems that a managed transfer or transfers of shares is taking place the more confidence will build among the fence sitters that the inevitable tho ‘ perhaps gradual rerate is in sight.
I am now in the more comfortable position of again looking forward the next RNS from a confident board who have tenaciously guided us to an exciting point. To get to this stage they have sometimes had to be quick on their feet. The dance continues.

So the RNS we all hoped for/dreaded has come and gone. The share price said "meh". The price action over the last half week has been quite intriguing hasn't it. Armageddon remains on ice.
I tentatively hope that the only way is up from here.
I suppose the Board will either say to SEPCO that they can have more time or if they feel its in KIBO's interests they'll say sorry chums stump up in terms of the agreement or we're going elsewhere.
I think we'll be all right either way as long as we are not given another deadline to fret over.
The ML SML MOZ PPA Tender process will be given space to work their magic.
And funding.......
Some will worry that we are doing so much how will we fund it. Isn't that a GOOD problem to have?
We are on AIM with no debt. A couple of LC funding curve balls (in a good way) to come methinks.

Interesting price action today. Whopping sells and one piddly buy (with apologies to the purchaser). And yet the price stays solid as a rock even firming up further into the close.
While I don't disagree with the sentiment behind your post Sonic my feeling is that per FE we have now done the hard miles and maybe now we don't need quite so much luck or to put it another way (paraphrasing Gary Player) - the harder we've worked the luckier we will get. Over the next year to a certain extent imo we just have to keep the faith and watch it all fall into our lap.
Sepco will invest. Will they do it this weekend? We don't know. What todays price action shows me is that if there is a further delay and a few sell there are those with big pockets ready to soak up the sales and more.

Just saw an article on TV Mike. Its a private company that maintained that if the price were reduced to 52p per the regulator they would be running a big loss due to the nature and location of Sark. Highest price in Europe apparently

66pper kilowatt hour is what they have been paying for their leccy in Sark according to the BBC. Last minute agreement reached apparently overnight to keep the lights on.

If you really think there will be a stampede to sell in the event of a delay are you going to be a part of it. If not why not.

I have a different perspective from you.
I like my ceos to be honest and optimistic.
An entrepreneur should always be optimistic.
If unforeseen obstacles occur he should take the blows and remain optimistic.
A bit like shareholders who back a company.
If they can not remain optimistic would their money not be better placed somewhere else where they can be optimistic or if that's not achievable at least less pessimistic?
