Some facts for those that like them. BlueStar have issued the RNS confirming the HE1 acquisition:

Highlights

▪ Helium One to pay US$1.5 million to Blue Star on completion and fund the drilling of six (6)

development wells to earn a 50% interest in the Galactic / Pegasus project.

▪ Drilling of these initial six wells at Galactica (Phase 1 of the broader Galactica / Pegasus

development) is expected during Q4 2024.

▪ Helium One has announced that it has raised US$8.2 million in new equity.

▪ Blue Star remains Operator of the project.

▪ First helium (and CO2) production from Galactica / Pegasus expected during H1 2025.

I sold a third of my shares on Friday purely because I was anticipating EWT results on Tuesday - to de risk my position - because I do not have a crystal ball on how good or bad those results would be. To my mind a lot of other holders did similar and that was the primary reason for the SP to fall on Friday. After all it had gone up a lot that week too. All profit for me and a bit of a no brainer that this was going to happen.

So why do you think the authorities will consider that there was anything untoward happening on Friday? You would be better putting the names of all of the folk on these message boards on the form because most of them are obviously engaging in manipulation (albeit being completely carp at it!!)

Seriously though - Lorna yesterday we are "very very very encouraged" by the part 1 EWT results.

EWT part 2 very very soon.

First stage EWT likely done last weekend ahead of the Tuesday RNS. So it is possible I think for Friday but much more likely Monday IMHO for next EWT RNS. Really very soon.

I don't think the seller has been around since about 8:30. Look at the late reported trades still coming through. I t makes the chart quite the mess!!

Far too much liquidity created by multiple c. 50k trades in the first 30 mins of trading. Quite odd to be frank.

tobethebest. the thing is i could perhaps end up buying today. i sold a third on friday and it looking attractive to buy that back and lower my average for what is i expect going to be a fantastic week next week (ms risk and all that). so the lower sp could work for me.

but you know what. i just cannot spend time posting messages to de ramp the stock. i just don't have that **** energy.

The deadline and the fact that Lorna is so confident in meeting it, suggests that there will be several RNS's over the couple of weeks.

Second part of EWT is likely only 3 working days away.

I think 'no idea' is s stretch to be fair. I think they likely do have an idea of what they have, having been all over it for the last 8 months and all that.

The kicker is that you have to prove it by providing data via recognised means. All good but the idea they have no idea what to expect for the birds at this stage.

So it deserves to be at the top of the page! The company expects to apply for a mining license - because they know what they know.

I think you will find that the vast vast majority of traders do not ramp or deramp on message boards. Most likely they are too busy doing research and calculating the right trades, balancing risk etc. What you see on this board is not 'traders', you are seeing 'idiots'.

The SP just isn't listening. I dunno but against all of the odds and the noise being made..... it just doesn't seem to give a sh*t about what you think it should be!!

I hadn't realised that shouting at the SP could make it move. All this time I thought it was about market forces but no! Peeps can just talk sh*t at the SP and it falls. Amazing.
