It's broken the system. Will see what it is on the timer in 15mins perhaps. It has to be placement shares though at that size.

That £50m trade is behaving very strangely. It charted as 1.36p and now it's crying as 1.45p.

Shrugs.

My last post is not meant to be a scientists view - it's my lay view and would welcome other more accurate descriptions.

My understanding is that the helium is dissolved into the water because of heat and pressure at depth. When the liquid is subject to ground level conditions it exsolves from the liquid into gas. It then will need to be captured, pressurised into containers for transport. It is actually easier to manage this than to separate helium from say natural gas or oil production. The absence of bio/fossil gases is very good indeed.

If you had a cup of that liquid and left it on the shelf - all of the helium would be gone very quickly.

I think it's likely that the £100m 'buy' from yesterday was something to do with the placing or a sell by a placee. It just didnt move the dial on the SP enough unless you see it as a sell that was worked through the day.

That's all good because you want to move the placement shares into trading - as much as possible before next news.

The estimate will be deliberately conservative. Which is absolutely appropriate but HE1 and Blue Star will be hoping for much better than that. Time will tell.

We have a commercial quality. The rate will be determined by the EWT. It's no good having a flask of pure helium if that's the only flask you have. Fortunately we know already that the fluids within which the helium resides is flowing naturally to service from the karoo. The next EWT will confirm what flows from the basement. It needs to be enough to fund the build of a production operation at the site + profit (lots more to this but basically....).

If you consider the size of the basement and previous studies the supply is likely massive. If it wasn't flowing I would be worried but it is. We need to know at what rate.

On re listening to the interview, Part 2 EWT had started before the interview. Lorna said they had just started the EWT. I reckon the EWT will be done at the weekend. It needs 5 days. Whether or not they release an RNS like the one this week on Monday to immediately announce the highlights or whether they wait until they have integrated the 2 EWT results together is a question. I think companies generally come out with highlights first and then analysis/resource reports later.

Take another look at Lorna's interview from Tuesday. At 5:05 when the conversation shifts from the Blue Star deal to the update on Itumbula. Look at her face and the change in energy. Confidence. That is what makes me excited for the next set of EWT results.

Did the Blue Star RNS have to be announced on Tuesday. I think so yes, unless they hadn't actually signed legal documents at that point they had to announce it. It would be really hard to time it deliberately so that it landed at the same time as the EWT part 1 RNS. They could not ask Blue Star to hold off and they had already suspended trading. Release of news follows the events happening in the real world not what suits the SP on a given day.

Crusty - Agree. Next RNS will be similar to this weeks RNS in scope. Full study after but won’t be long considering license application timescale. So it days and weeks between RNS’s now. Exciting times.

Isn’t it 5 days actual flow test? If they started right away we could be getting the RNS Monday. If they started last weekend the. Maybe tomorrow but the impression I have from the interview is they hadn’t started part 2 quite yet. I give it a small chance for tomorrow.

Can't recall for any company any impact of a placing on the day that shares are due to hit the market. The impact is always in the immediate days after the placing is announced as we have seen so far this week.

So I don't see this impacting on Friday at all. I expect the market to go back to 'risk on' tomorrow considering how close the next set of EWT results is.

They can't possibly navigate insider dealing rules at this time. Impossible until after the EWT is issued and even then they will be aware of any third party negotiations.

I bought more at 1.3 today with the shares I sold at 1.9 on Friday. Opportunity knocks. Have bought in after the last 4 placings and done well on it.

No not illegal. As long as the seller can back the commitment it is within the rules. I know it's bonkers but I looked into this. There is an example somewhere if you google it of someone forward selling shares and then the placing got cancelled. The placee had no way to back the commitment and they got done by the FCA. These placees have more than enough cover I expect.

Keep - the shares are 'forward sold'. It's a thing. I know it sounds bonkers but it is a thing unfortunately. Likely all the shares that the placees received have been forward sold already unless they wanted to hold them for longer......

That is 3 'very's' folks. Although if you watch the video it looks and sounds like they may have edited a bit out and there may have been even more very's. Check it out.

Jimmyriddle. It is literally a £1m+ trade. In any money that's a huge trade and the biggest I have ever seen for HE1.

I agree with Inky, The SP will be between 1.12 and 3p sometime soon. Genius.
