They have working capital (at least) through to June 25 and have publicly stated they will not secure further funding before the mining application is approved.

I couldn't care less. Waiting for news isnt hard. I know how many shares I have and the SP meandering around whilst we wait is just fine with me.

This is true and nobody knows if all of the placement shares from all of the placings since the birth of HE1 have been sold either. BUT you can be sure that lot's and lot's of placing shares have been sold.

It's a massive red herring though. I have held plenty of shares bought at various prices over the last couple of years including at .25p. Have I sold all of my lower price shares? Maybe some.

There are more shares bought by PI's that were bought for less than the recent placing. So apart from the immediate period following a placing - so what?

This company has moved to a different phase. The content of the mining application will be of interest as it should continue to firm up the cost and value short, medium and long term of the asset. But is is a proven helium asset now and that is a huge difference.....

I expected a Proactive interview yesterday. I'm wondering if the plan is to do the mining application content and RNS the details and then do an interview/presentation. But they should have done the interview yesterday for this RNS anyway IMHO.
