JC21. I think we are all guilty of creating our own narratives. The ML application and the RNS that went with it do not have to be the same as the additional information that we share holders crave.

I'm not even sure they had to provide as much certainty as people think on the funding and they can probably make the application with pending information. These things are often described as 'living documents' and the ML application could be passed back and forth between the ministry and HE1 (not literally) before it is fully approved. I think that's normal.

Having said that. I do want to know how it's going to be funded and what the size of the prize is, of course I do. BUT if I had a tickllist of stuff I wanted from HE1 it was very long indeed at the start and now it's much shorter. They did discover helium, it does flow to surface, it is high concentration, they do have drill ready to develop the prospect, they have applied for the ML. It's never looked better IMHO.

Newboff. To me it’s obvious that de risking the future of the company is essential. I see the blue star deal as a great way to provide a revenue stream that is of value of itself but also creates an internal investment stream for the company.

Timing wise? Well that depends. It not without risk but if it does pay off it could pay for or support funding options (credit/loans) to develop a number of development wells. We will have to look in hindsight at this when/if the blue star production starts and what that does for the market cap of the company.

Have to ride this stuff. Company is in the best position it has ever been. We all want more news and to be reassured and that’s natural.

But investing is for grown ups. My choice, my risk.

On another point. Admin have been removing idiot posts today. If someone is disruptive they will remove them. Use the report button - it works.

It doesnt matter if it's a closed period or not because board purchases are no indication of future success. There is simply no correlation apart from sentiment.

Having said that I would very much hope that our BOD is privy to insider knowledge right now. Wouldn't you all hope that they are in negations with third parties to support getting this thing into production? I know I do.

This analysis is meaningless. liquidity and market intent move the SP - not buys ve sells. Just because more people are buying (if indeed that is true - you cannot know) then why do you assume that those punters want to pay more for the shares?

The reality is far more subtle and complex than buys v sells.

MM's have to sell to real people who have real influence because of the amount they are prepared to pay. You could trade a million sells and a handful of buys at the same price if all the punters were happy with that price (a very extreme example but same point). The market is working if peopler buying and selling a t a given price.

The mind boggles at the idiocy of this statement. A BOD that ramps!! You really need to avoid investing before you hurt yourself.

Trigger. The SP went up immediately after the interview. It didn’t go down because of the interview. You suggested that the SP is always hurt by a Lorna interview. It isn’t.

Frigher. You conveniently omitted the interview from last week that significantly supported the SP.

And how many pending applications are there?

HereforHemo. I agree that for HE1 today the RNS is just process. Release the news as it applies to the licenses on the day that there are lapses and a ML application. We could well get more news this week.

From a regulatory perspective, if a JV with a specific partner is in any way agreed under contractual cover (e.g. heads of terms) - whether potential/conditional or not, it has to be RNS'd. There is no commercial cover for confidentiality that I can think of that could not be seen as problematic if not disclosed.

Is it more likely that a potential JV could be under NDA? Even in this case HE1 would have to announce that there was some sort of arrangement under NDA. In fact you see this site often in takeovers and buy outs where third parties are referred to in the RNS as 'the prospective buyer/partner' or some such.

There is still time though. The timing of releasing the information gives some flexibility. Following today's RNS with another RNS announcing further information about the ML application could wait a day or two. I can see how some of the contents of the ML application are sensitive because it could give other third parties a negotiating advantage if they are made aware of HE1 specific plans and financial position. HE1 would need to carve out the info that can be released v what is commercially sensitive to the interests of the company.

For me - I'm expecting an update on the resource study as a minimum.

No Gandernee- helium is helium. How it gets created in nature is not the same thing. That's like saying bread is toast - it isnt until it becomes toast.

If there is a JV partner it has to be announced in an RNS. Even an early stage engagement and certainly if the potential JV partner is named in the ML application. However, they could suggest that a JV is one of several approaches in the ML application.

Gandernee - You wrote that the BOD is corrupt - did you not? Don't get me wrong, I'm majoring on your post being stupid. It seems admin agree and they have removed it.
