Bluejay - I agree. The Tanzanian government will be asking - are we awarding the license to a company that will actually execute the plan? They likely don't care about how as long as they can see a backstop option - which of course is via raising funds from the market. It doesnt mean this is how funds will be raised.

Dickie T. I appreciate you responding and your point about hypotheticals is valid. We all manage risk differently and you are correct to stick to your principles.

I too expected to see ML content in that RNS or at the same time and I expected to understand the size of the prize. Had they stated categorically that the data was commercially sensitive I think they would have needed to explain why and perhaps, legally, it is better to settle on the general commerciality of the ML proposal rather than reveal the details before the license is approved. It was a clear pivot point from a risk perspective and the SP is likely lower today as a result - something I took full advantage of and I appreciate there is some risk in that.

I note that Lorna stated categorically that there would be no placement before the ML was issued and that they are seeking non dilutive funding. I don't think these are things that you can write down ahead of knowing the outcome. That assured me that there is positive engagement on all sides but nothing that could be communicated in an RNS at the time.

Dickie T - it would be useful to understand what certainty HE1 could have provided on funding and the contents of the ML application. I'm not sure it's that simple. But if you have any hypothetical examples of what they should have said that could be discussed.

Sharebel. Filtered. Contrived messaging just to be negative. Did you know a SP can go up and down? Absolutely nonsense to suggest that if you hold below the current SP you can't make a profit. If we all took your assessment of risk we would never invest in a mining company - EVER.

However - note the low cost of development wells. I actually think HE1 can fund next years development wells fairly easily. The whole production facility and oftener arrangements part of this required another party via JV or otherwise. I think the scale of this is understood by the industry and likely we can be confident the ducks will line up. Yes it's a lot to do.

Very positive update. Not one to blow the doors of the SP but a very positive indication that everything remains on track.

As someone who has been invested in HE1 (on and off) since they renamed to HE1 from that other company - seeing potential cashflow within a medium timescale is just very encouraging. We have potential huge asset in Tanzania and potential cashflow next year to help fund the first development wells. This will mitigate placement risk and support other funding options.

Compared to the old Minchin days this is just light years ahead.

That is a lie. They have stated they have working capital well into next year.

Risk management is everyone's responsibility but as an investor I prefer to rely on facts rather than lies from the likes of you. Also - it's my risk. You manage your own and maybe don't keep going on about it like an irritating fly buzzing around our cornflakes.

I agree with Bluejay. What could be more positive than the company being confident in these assets for production and focussing on that. It certainly makes me more confident. So many of these prospective mining companies have loads of licenses that are not worth a snuff.

People will already be cross ramping across LSE - HE1 have found some 'Gelium'.

They must certainly be rummaging in the well right now. So we should know if they have successfully cased through the shale immanently.

I really don't think his constant drivel in large caps was influencing anything. The only thing he was pumping was himself.

The tweet isnt intended to provide new information but it is intended to reassure - which it has done succefssully for me. Why would anyone not assume that operations are going to start very soon? Seems a trite negative to deny that things are progressing.

Successful casing of the well through the shale it the next significant moment we need to see.

So sorry - it was a whopping 144 shares.

For context that trade at the bottom of the range was for just 288 shares. So no I don't think it's worth worrying about.
