I listened to the recent DM interviews again this morning. He does say that they will be testing at Clink again this week.

I don't think Amsden did take that long. It would have been the third horizon they tried to test. They will have tried the other 2 and then decided they need to do more to faciiltate the flow - acid etc. and they need to get the right equipment and resources to do that. So we don't know when they sent the Amsden samples to the lab...... it may only have taken 10 days (guess from me but it certainly is less than the time from when they started EWT at Clink1 to when they got the Amsden results).

For context my message below was in response to someone suggesting a placement was coming. That message has been deleted by admin - well done admin!

There won't be a placing before the results from Darwin and Clink and if the results are good there will never be a placing.

I wouldn't mind knowing how long it's going to be before we see any results. For Clink when they started flow testing they were meant to start at the deepest horizon but we now know that it must be the case that they tried but identified mud clogging and so we got the Amsden results first. It all make a bit of a muddle of the calendar (in my head anyway) because I can't work out how long it took the lab to send the Amsden results back - we don't know when Hex sent them.

Bo Sears will be furious. His Proactive Interview yesterday he looked like a man who wasn't going to deviate from the official script - it's not the first time either - he bats away questions that can't be answered without validation. I doubt we will see Minchin on video for a while. Certainly not on his own.

Suggest listening to the whole interview not just a small part of it. Minchin is over enthusiastic I agree but he is not deliberately misleading the market. He has always been like that. As pointed out by someone else - it had no impact on the market. why? Because the Amsden is declared at just 6% of the total reserve for Clink1. So everyone who had ever done any research did not expect it top be a game changer on it's own. Minchin talks about the other horizons too and it's clear they are waiting for results!! I certainly was waiting for lab results.

Look folks - they messed up on the comms a bit but to be frank if you feel personally hurt about what happened to your investment yesterday you might want to look in the mirror. There are plenty of red flags to consider when investing in AIM. You did it to yourself.

Fortunately there is plenty of data to come and plenty of reason to be optimistic. But don't be daft - don't go 'all in' and don't pretend you don't own it.

Naive yes but there is absolutely no evidence that they had the lab data for Amsden when showing that enthusiasm. I don’t think they have committed straight up fraud. Is that what you are suggesting?

TL2482 - how do you know they knew the grades? My interpretation is they were confident but the lab results for Amsden came in below expectations.

Actually it's only not viable on its own. If one of the other 2 zones are commercially viable then they will still take helium form the Amsden zone. It just isnt commercial on its own.

Actually if they still bring the well to production for the other 2 zones they will still be able to draw ~£1m per annum of helium from Amsden..... says so in the RNS. Amsden is not commercial on its own but it is only one of 3 zones in the well one of which has already been announced as commercial with artificial lift. It isnt over by a long shot.

Yes JH I know I was there and I called it out in the early HEX days that he isnt the messiah - he's a very naughty boy.

Fortunately Minchin doesnt actually make the geology so considering the drilling isnt reliant on that it won't make any difference in the end. Just don't take him too seriously when he gets excited.

By the way - he isnt the only one. There are many other examples of AIM mining goofs - I recall Poulsden over at WSBN turning up at the bar with his shiny core sample.... there are many others.

The very idea that every RNS isnt about a stellar commercial find is beyond them, never mind looking at what the future plan - which is fully disclosed by the company - actually looks like.

Minchin has damaged his credibility somewhat. I don't particularly want to hear from him again unless it's about something that's proven. But overall todays RNS has triggered an overreaction IMHO.

Jungmana. I agree. It's also clear that some time will pass now before we get more data and that in itself is enough to impact the SP. But overall the results so far at Clink actually exceed the prospected numbers. It isnt hard to interpret that it's in good shape.

All of the usual risks apply of course.

Kaeren. Agree. Overall the prospects remain good but there is risk as always and recognising that is absolutely the right thing to do. I have NEVER seen a single tweet on Twitter that led to anything real or a ramper or deramper who had any useful insight. Not one single time.

Minchin has form from the HE1 days. He speaks before he has finished thinking. So I don't take a lot of note of what he says or anyone else for that matter. It's about the results. But I'm looking at the results for the 2 Clink zones so far and in aggregate they are good and I can see a path to development of that license to production - Darwin pending. It could be commercial with just the flathead and if we re ran the last 3 months with just one target zone then I think we would have a more positive message board. I'm looking months ahead and with the risks in hand this looks a better prospect than anything else I can see on AIM. I'm also prepared to lose my investment.
