Also - how much spare cash of you think the directors have lying around? It's a massive assumption that they can be so confident that they could guarantee the futures of there families by investing in shares. They might be broke for all you know.
Also, also - you do realise that the well is more than 1000 meters deep and you can't just 'know' its gushing helium? What do you think the EWT is for. There is no such thing as no risk. Even if you were the drill bit you still cannot be absolutely certain. I'm not going to bet my house on it and I don't think anyone else should either.
It is you/me/us who need to decide if the risk is acceptable - leave the BOD to there own decisions and if we don't like the look of it and you consider BOD buys as a key indicator then sell up.
