Also I don't consider it a 'massive placing' the price was a huge discount but the size of the placing was more important and it was not massive.

Splattered - and yet the SP is still about .7. So whilst the placing must of course have an impact it has not made the SP .5 has it.

If you look at the actual situation you would note that the Market Cap keeps moving back to between 40 & 45m. This has been the case for a while now ahead of the EWT. Whilst I don't pretend to have a crystal ball I'm expecting the SP to keep returning to that range until we get closer to the EWT - it's worked well for me.

It's hardly the first time the SP has moved down mid week. Has bounced back hard on a number of occasions this year. I'm not even slightly concerned about this current slip.

Nope. It isnt very important at all. Not that we know how enthusiastic she is to buy shares or whether she can currently do so as an insider.

Goldwater. It's not gold in your water it's something else making it yellow. Nobody who has been paying attention is expecting a lab report. We are expecting an EWT - and not long to wait either.

Interesting. I expect these small investors have a handful of staff. So it's quite the risk to take - coming onto LSE and spouting insider knowledge on a public forum.

Crusty is quite correct in my view. It's all about the EWT. Yes the quality of helium found at 4.7% is fantastic but it's only commercial if it can be flowed to surface at commercial rates. It's a great position to be in if you consider what the risks were before we drilled Itumbula - just need that last tick in the box on flow rates. Everything else can be made to work after that and the risks turn from; is the helium even available? to - can we get it to market?

Don't underestimate the risk involved but it has never looked better. Just don't put anything in you can't afford to lose IMHO.

Don't assume that just because those PI's have a load of shares at .5 that they want to sell them. That really is the answer.

The fundraise was at a massive discount to the SP on Monday but it was only for 20% dilution and that additional funding allows the next stage to take place - that next stage a pivotal milestone (the EWT). It's clear to me that the company is now under valued and will recover at least the value it lost this week and return to a market cap around £40-50m very soon because the EWT is now funded and just around the corner. You could argue the enterprise is de risked now that funding is in place and the market cap could go a lot higher.

The next results will be from the EWT. I'm not sure what else you are expecting as the company has made it clear that they didnt need to independently verify what they have previously released.

They have tended to move very quickly after fund raises previously. Reckon we will be back in the well in July and perhaps even first half of July. EWT is absolutely not priced in right now. I think if the placing was done closer to 1p we would have been 1.5p now. So .5 has shaken things up but still think we will be at £50m market cap by end June.

That would give you just £4m and it’s not enough.

The way to remove the risk of further highly discounted fund raises is a successful EWT.

Could do. EWT is very close now. I expect they might RNS the EWT plan in the next fortnight and now we have the funding in place there is nothing to stop this moving up beyond the £40-50m market cap we have seen throughout Q2. If the EWT is going well we will go way beyond that.

No they don't exist until Friday. There are legal mechanisms via which they can forward sell the shares as per what Crusty says and what I have said.

Point is there will not be a massive impact on Friday because the impact is already felt.

In theory the new shares that have been created by the placing will not be available to trade on the exchange until they are added on 14th June. They don't exist until that date.

However the investors that have bought these shares will already be holding a large number of HE1 shares so they can just forward sell them knowing that they are getting these new shares at .5.

Yesterdays RNS says EWT early Q3 so it really good be just a few weeks away. Or sometime in July at least. But be in no doubt that they will issue initial results of the EWT very quickly. EWT itself will only take a couple of weeks if that - they do intend to drill another 100-150m first.

I very much doubt we will have to wait until Q4 for any EWT data.

Got some at .545 first thing. No way is this not going back to 50m market cap ahead of EWT.

Its under 20% dilution so not dramatically different to what I expected. That discount is ouch but doesn’t have the same impact as the dilution. So I could buy more tomorrow if the SP gets close to the placing price. I’ll have a think.
