I think TB had about 2 million shares left.

Not that it’s a good look but I’m interested to see if he takes over Chamberlin. He had just under 30% last count.

He’s not a director though is he. So any suggestion that James Sharpe selling is linked to director sells is ####.

CE Mark is not required for prototypes or demonstration models of a product. It is only 'required' if the product is for sale.

I think CE mark is aligned to manufacturing.. So it's not really likely until something is actually being made. You don't need a CE mark to develop prototypes only when manufacturing for market.

I noted it wasn't mentioned in the RNS on Friday but was mentioned previously. This more clearly demonstrated that BRH not going to manufacture this or will sell the IP, whereas previously they were undecided on whether to go it alone.

RM has done many interview which have been well received over the last year and more that I have been invested. He does not just do regulatory updates.

In general when RM does interviews and presents information he is very good. Why do you think it would be worth dragging him out to answer questions from PI's? Have you read this board? It would be the most cringe inducing waste of energy.

RNS and associated updates are dry. They are not for Tok Tok. If investors can't understand the process of updating the market on factual market sensitive information then ..... oh that explains this chat board.

TB sold to fund investment in CMH. Not worth speculating the timing or longer term view of why.

If there is even a sniff of any kind of commercial agreement this will be up again in a flash. In any case 6 months is nothing.

Always DYOR and try to be objective. There is a lot of great information on this board and it’s often a pity that this type of behaviour makes this feel like very hard work.

I think you have to see the home trial data as an addition to the data set rather than try to assess it on its own merits. There was certainly no reduction of confidence in the efficacy of the drug from the home trial IMO. We have to wait for P3 / Active 2 news as has been he case since well before Friday.

Don’t forget that the home trial demonstrated ‘home use’ which should not be underestimated.

It would not have been backed by the trial data. Not proven is important.

P3 trial might get us closer to that headline.

Faye. I agree. Breathlessness on its own doesn’t qualify for hospital (depends on severity)so SNG can be administered at home in the onset of the appropriate symptoms.

I have seen other science that would suggest that there is a strong case for testing patients for levels of IFN to understand what type of treatment is appropriate. No idea how realistic this is but there is general acceptance that IFN is a key predictor of COVID severity.

Impossible to be certain. I will guess and say that we will be back in the same range c. 145 - 180 until further news.

I think this board has some fantastic discussion. I do think though that the biggest single reason for Fridays fall is the apparent distance from next big news. Yes people are disappointed in the presentation but a big proportion of investors are traders or short term investors and they will go elsewhere for faster returns (and probably not get them but I hope they succeed). This happens all of the time in AIM where falls follow news unless it’s ‘the big one’.

I topped up at the close on Friday. I’m at levels I can afford and just breaking even in SNG. Yes it would be great if we got a good rise after the RNS but I’m still here for the P3 results.

I disagree. I haven't ever seen this as a general use therapeutic for all positively tested patients. All research on interferon suggests that COVID exploits patients who have week IFN (not a scientific way of describing that probably) so it’s always been obvious that this drug only benefits those who become more ill or ‘breathless’. The point is that it appears to be extremely effective for that group = very big reduction in critical condition and fatalities in that target group.

Oh god not this old chestnut again. Nothing to see in the holdings RNS.

Have a nice long weekend and look forward to actual news on Tuesday..... maybe.
