Paraytec has developed a test that is ubiquitous. You need to understand the power of the IP. It can contribute to diagnostic testing for many diseases and more. Next generation technology.

I should think TB selling a chunk of BRH shares is more to do with his available funds and wanting to be able to fund an immediate opportunity elsewhere but who knows.

I think Salvador the point I would make is you can as an investor factor these things in. Risk that TB sells is just one risk factor for me. It may be a fairly big one but I can take it overall. I still see big gains v current position based on products that may come to market. That's why my investment in BRH is not instead sitting in a bank account being withered by inflation. I could lose most of it but at least I have a chance of exceeding it. I have enough elsewhere that's 'safe' to take this shot at nothing (I do think it's considerably better than nothing) and not worry about the consequences. I am not an 'all in' type investor.

Roquet. Nobody outside of Paraytec will know until it is RNS'd, Suggest you write to them. There are a number of instruments out there that use Paraytec IP so they know what they are doing.

Well it's a medical device so I'm sure they know what to go for from a medical approval perspective.... just like every other medical solution/device in the world that is not an LFT.

Partner news for the Paraytec test could come at any time now as could news of other uses e.g. Sepsis / Alzheimers /other.

RNS stated that longitudinal study of infected patients would take 3 months from early May - So August.

Carls Smythe's tweets do hint at progress but no details as yet.

Calamari and billions. You have not explained why it is the case that the board should provide details of the deal price just because people in the know might know something about it?

Doesn’t make me happy or not happy. Your point seems to be that the price is known and that therefore it’s perfectly reasonable for the board to disclose it because you want it to. It is not. That’s simple that is.

It seems that if you want to troll the board you don’t have to support with any facts but if you just want to discuss the company, the deal or anything else you have to back that up with facts even to the point of having to provide evidence to support the negatives that the trolls magic up!!!

Calamari. Saying that there is no evidence that the likely price of the deal is not known is just the daftest think I have seen for a long time. You proposed it was out there and it is therefore for you to provide evidence to support that if you choose to do so. Otherwise it is an unfounded assumption that you are welcome to have.

Billions. There is no evidence to support the assumption that the likely price of the deal is common knowledge anywhere. If it was known it would be insider information. Nobody will have been let into the know without being under NDA and anyone that isn’t under NDA will know it’s insider information.

Disclosing this information to the public or shareholders is simply not permitted.

But the ‘why’ might be insider information or under NDA. So actually they do not have to tell us. They are required to act in the interests of shareholders and that in itself does not mean disclosing everything the board knows.

It depends on the NDA. It’s possible that NDA’s in place post the FSP might still cover what can and can’t be revealed. Certainly new NDAs will have been implemented for all those ‘in the tent’ for the proposed sale.

But common sense prevails here. Surely it isn’t in anyone’s interest to reveal information about the FSP or the potential deal right now? It isn’t mature enough. There is also the regulatory side. You can’t disclose as an insider and you can’t be involved with the sale without being an insider. Etc.

Those expecting news of the deal ahead of all parties being certain enough to wish to disclose this are being presumptive at best. No news is quite literally no news. Shareholders are protected here too. Just communicating for the sake of keeping us happy simply isn’t professional and risks creating an uncertain market. Lots of examples on AIM of boards and directors communicating more frequently
and then incurring shareholder wrath when the SP goes up and down 100% with no actual bottom line progress.

If we aren’t good at waiting we are just going to get grumpy.

I can’t imagine a scenario where everyone involved and with knowledge of the written asset sale proposal was not subject to very strict NDA.

Imagine if the board were defeated by one vote. Every revolting revolter would then run and hide when the Board announced it no longer had the flexibility to move ahead with the companies strategic direction. SP down to 2p and no divi. What kind of fool…..
