I think he was banned. Can't see his posts anymore. I did think perhaps he hadn't been back because his approach to de ramping BRH requires AVACTA SP to be doing well.

He has added a further 5 tweets on the subject now. He concludes by referring to a paper which presented a rationale for interferon use against covid which I think he may have co authored back in November. Not sure why he is bringing it up again now and even though I can translate his tweets the message isn’t clear. Might just be an update that the trial is in Phase 3. Need someone who speaks French to have a look

I agree. They cannot tell us details of the deal until it is on the table. From a shareholder perspective its binary. Todays SP is not very relevant and any disclosure of deal details prior to them being formerly offered would create a disorderly market.

I think strategy is very clear - working on asset sale deal whilst making sure the remaining business has value. i.e. maximise return to shareholders and protect the SP so it has value post dividend.

Only 2 things matter right now - What are the terms of the asset sale & what dividend is (if it is) and what is left of the company and therefore what the company is worth after the dividend is paid out. Until the former is finalised the latter cannot be understood.

I'm encouraged to be honest. Can't see how a disorderly market can be avoided by disclosing more detail at this stage. Hence this quiet.

Agree. They would not be permitted to hold the P3 news for the AGM. So it will be a dull meeting. Expect some to try to take advantage of that so it could be an interesting late afternoon for the SP today and then in the morning we may have the 'where is the news and why are the board so bad at communicating' nonsense from the usual suspects.

I think they tried to de ramp and short the heck out of SNG after that clarification on the Phase 3 rumour/video. Very volatile week. And yet we seem to be safely parked at 170 waiting for news.

It seems the shorters and de-rampers who visited us over the last few days have gone back to caves and under bridges for now.... They'll be back on the squeak of news.

I think we can be certain that SNG will RNS a move to phase 3. Until then they would be remiss to publicly assume anything even if informally they are aware of it's progression or progression is close.

It seems to me based on 'the video' that the we are in the process/close to/ probably assumed to be moving to Phase 3.

These errors of protocol provide important data to PI's. We now know that the SP will go above 190 as soon as it is announced. How much higher we can't be certain but no brainer to hold right now.

Could be that it going though the process of being approved for P3. Awkward as they can’t really talk about it until formally approved. Can’t be seen to be making assumptions.

No offence Roquet but you are not up to this. Going through home approval is not the same as achieving home approval. I have not claimed Avacta won't achieve home approval, I just don't think it will solve the challenges we have.

Not sure about my nervousness. I have a realistic approach to investing and I haven't assumed anything. That's very healthy. If BRH doesn't work out I will just accept it and I won't carry that as baggage to then run around like a prat on everyone elses board because .... oh it's all so unfair like you have (fact).

You come to this board to talk about another company so expect to get some feedback that you might not like. Your a total idiot for posting the way you do on this board. This is quite evidential and absolutely a fact.

I have to say I learn nothing from Roquet based on his messages here. Any casual review of the official Avacta information reveals he makes a lot of assumptions without fact.

Also we need tests that detect infection BEFORE the infected person is infectious to be able to control transmission of the virus. Next generation tests will do that. Avacta specifically targets those that are already infectious because it isn't sensitive enough to do otherwise. So it's useful but it isn't fit to prevent general transmission of moving population - hence professional use.

To be fair TipTop got a bit of encouragement from myself and some others after getting it accidentally right at the start of the recent rise. We have given TipTop a bit of a ribbing. Don't do it again.
