The entire point of a company being listed in AIM is so that they can raise funds in the way that todays RNS describes. Without raising funds in this way many many AIM companies that have succeeded would have failed and stagnated.

Our investment is a risk. But there is no TB conspiracy and anyone with a long term view would reflect on the last dividend and what that says about the BOD willingness to return profits to investors.

Bennster. You seem to think that selling company assets is just a case of deciding to sell it and then it magically gets sold. They want funds for investments now so can’t assume anything and time is always short. I completely get it and want cash now to invest in oversold positions in the market. It’s a no brainer.

Imagine if they sell Phasefocus or Paraytec tomorrow.
Do you want that divi or do you want it invested elsewhere? I know what I want so I’m happy for BRH to explore other investments options in the meantime.

If BRH gave a golden goose to every shareholder to sell eggs you still wouldn’t like it. It’s hilarious reading you and others bleeting your socks off when the facts show that BRH is a small investments company trying to make returns. As soon as you realise that, all of the conspiracy crap melts away and it can be seen for what it is.

If you vote ‘no’ you are restricting the BODs ability to invest. This makes zero sense if you are a shareholder.

The RNS tells us that they want to invest in companies that are oversold because of the current market conditions. Makes sense to me.

What would voting ‘no’ achieve anyway?

I bought some more this morning. Market cap at book price. Averaged down again now 22.5p.

Actually RmS shareholders together with Gareth Cave prevented TB from organising another placing. TB then left RMS and RMS SP sank after they failed to make masks following an absolute clown show where they demonstrated they were quite useless at getting any production going and then had no funds to invest.

Of interest having just popped up in my Twitter feed. MARY Aurélien always good value for IFN viewpoint. Seems to be challenging some of the fundamental parameters of the trial? Is this Dr Mary making a cryptic poke at the potential for more to come from the data deep dive?

To me its a straight punt now. I have some shares here with a fairly low average now. Worse case the whole lot evaporates due to Ukraine. Best case - well I think if the war ends or Putin get's overthrown I can see me getting many bags now.

So I have invested a sum I can afford to lose because it might make a big difference.

It's so murky now but if the world becomes somewhat sane again I'll be glad I'm still here. TBH the only outcome I really care about for now is the people of Ukraine and the future of the world for my children.

Average 50p now. Was 1.25 ahead of Misery Monday.

Very obviously going to be traded heavily until we get a very clear direction from the company - which could be a while away. Look how much you could have made trading this over the last few days. I have bought and sold 4 times since Misery Monday. Gotta try and make something back and the volatility between 20 and 30p makes it very attractive - and trust me i rarely trade.

All my stocks are down and some very very down. Ukraine.

I have averaged down where I can. If we get peace in the medium term I will do well. I'd like peace tomorrow as it's making me so sad. I'm not emotionally attached to my AIM portfolio until it's over.

Polygon increased holdings RNS would be good about now.

Actually it means they have seen that the drug does work and they want to understand more and to do this they need to adjust the trial parameters v the current dominant variant as it differs in its patient impact.

This would mean that there is a huge potential v all future variants.

I think Activ know what they are doing.

I think you should call BRH and talk to Viv I have spoken to him once before and he was quite happy to do so. You'll get a better sense of things as a letter will always get a more structured response and will be more the party line.

To answer your question I thin SNG will tell us what positive signals they can see in the combined P2/Home and P3 trials. Clearly they do not have the data to take scale to take the drug forwards. IMHO they will not follow up to extend the sprinter trial. They will wait for Activ2 and use that to push for a UK platform trial.

I think our best hope is very good Activ 2 phase 2 data that shows confident efficacy leading into Activ phase 3.

That RNS 2 weeks ago was the exact worse case that I had been dreading. Simply the trial environment was just to complex. Too many hospitals and too many jurisdictions. Too much erosion of any positive signals with the drugs effects hidden behind other treatments.

Really sobering and with hindsight all very unfortunate.

Activ2 will I hope be more rigorous and consistent. I don't blame the SNG BOD - it all seemed like a very good idea at the time to go alone with this big global trial - a way to shine against all of the big pharma.

Amagedon. I’m not defending anything just stating what I see. They are continuing with the longitudinal covid study and we know the device works
With Omicron so it cannot be challenging to make it work for future variants.

BRH have always been trying to sell the tech and it’s IP they are not interested in manufacturing the test. If they can show it can be adapted for Sepsis the IP is worth even more IMHO.

They have taken the covid test to the point where it could be sold. They will now wait and see if that happens. Covid has Not gone away and much will depend on what happens with that and variants going forwards. It’s good that it’s been finished.

BRH can’t tell the market what to do. They have invested in a product so that it could be developed to the point of sale and now they will develop the Sepsis test to the same point.

PI’ need to understand the nature of speculative investments. There are risks and you were promised nothing and you are still promised nothing.
