Good thread. The only way the SP isn't going up significantly from here is if they do not drill. So worse case for me is have to wait until next year which considering the current messaging from DM seems unlikely.

I was in last year and invested more the day before the duster. Lessons learned and all that and I knew the risk. So have a sell plan running up to drill report. Will consider this a win if I retain initial investment and get a free ride for the drill outcome.

Makes it sound like the answer is somewhere in the data and that RM is failing because he can't find it. As if it's some sort of treasure hunt. Ridiculous.

Where do we see evidence that NDA's have been put in place ahead of the presentation?

I think it's no fee platforms. People can trade with no fees but the trades are at the top and bottom of the spread - so they are not really free at all!

But what do we think cheap is now? Polygon have bought enough since the P3 trial results to have significantly reduced average. I managed to get mine down to 50p with a couple of trades. They will have done the same.

So a low ball offer might not be such a bad thing for Polygon. I don't think it would take an offer over £1 for them to be tempted. I would take it.

Nothing to stop any of us making contact with the broker as named in this RNS and asking about being involved in a future placing.

We haven't given up on our test. That RNS has been misunderstood. We are stopping development on the covid test as it's done. The final longitudinal trial will be concluded in June. Needs buyer to take it forward. Development focus is on the Sepsis test using same IP. Buyer interest is in both the Covid and Sepsis test together. i.e. there is interest in the base IP being a flexible solution for multiple purposes in hospitals/doctors surgeries.

Buying of the test IP is the responsibility of the buyer not BRH. It's on the shop shelf and the RNS told us that they did not think that during the climate at the time - when Covid testing is largely being stopped/discouraged/not politically wanted etc - that it was harder to close any deal.

Look at what is happening now..... the test is available to buy but the market needs to want it.

I would prefer really strong Activ 2 data triggering a takeover. Let a bigger pharma manage the trials.

From a shareprice perspective the 'positive signal' seen by the unblinded Activ2 team is our next best chance to increase value. SNG don't know what it is but we know it was enough to progress to Activ 3. Pity Activ 3 is on hold but it might be enough to get attention and support investment in better focussed trial when that data is shared with SNG in Q2.

This talks to the 'statistical significant'. It was found to be 'statistically not significant' in the headline data. So they want to show it's robust enough to go to a platform trial with more favourable protocol to prove it's significance.

I don't think they have concluded the deep dive yet. If they find something material (this means to the share price or re the medical value of the product) it will be in an RNS. We could get an RNS ahead of the presentation if that were the case...... I'm not convinced they will but would be great if they did.

The fact that they will be presenting info at this event does not prevent the release of that data ahead of that event. If there is any material discovery from the deep dive they will have to RNS it. I don't think the peer review would be timed to coincide with the event either.

My view is that they won't RNS because ultimately the 'promising' signals being not statistically significant means they cannot suggest that the evidence might not be due to chance. That's what 'not statistically significant' means.

Without Activ 2 data or long covid data they will be looking at a new platform trial to target those statically not significant findings to make them significant - by targeting a favourable protocol an patient sub groups.

Maybe. It's quite encouraging that shareholders voted this way in terms of demonstrating they actually want to be part of a placing? If they have understood correctly.

I don't think you would be able to sell any tickets for this thrill ride today. GM RNS's are dull affairs.

I think you can expect some profit taking over 20p but their is certainly no heavy selling so far today. Less than 50k shares traded overall across less than 10 trades so far.

I wouldnt take what you see on this website as a guide to how the vote will go..... but then I guess we will find out on Thursday.

IMHO if the vote doesn't go through TB will leave and the SP will get halved. Not sure how that helps investors.
