If you read the RNS's you will find that they have not confirmed a gold discovery and that tells you that they know they cannot do so. AIM is littered with investors who followed the herd to dreamlike outcomes only for an RNS drop to confirm otherwise.

I find it's very hard to get investors to understand this unless they have actually made the mistake themselves.

I am invested here and if I can I will sell some ahead of assay results. Of course I don't know when the assay results will emerge but I have a SP in mind and that's my plan. Please note that's 'some' not all.

I am quietly confident though. I think WSBN is seeing striking similarities in the geology to other local discoveries and that's where the confidence comes from. It isn't done though.

Yes that is the flip side but that was the situation for me on HE1 and I have a fairly big loss on that and I had bagged before the duster RNS and could have sold half and stayed in profit.

For me it's about having rules and sticking to them - lesson learned and all that. There is no certainty but it's a mental health exercise deciding that I can deal will selling some and then not get upset thinking about how much more I could have made at a later date. Far more often the outcome is not that great on mining stocks. There is still a lot of luck involved here.

I will be holding the majority of my investment mind :)

Happyhaddoc. I suppose what we are seeing is smaller investors coming in now ahead of assay results - we can't know exactly when they will arrive but it could be any day now. So it's a risk/reward shot right now and will probably continue to be frothy up until we get some assay results and if they show gold at good volume things will get very exciting.

Last year I held HE1 right up to 27p and then we got a duster RNS and it collapsed. I felt like a fool for not selling at least some ahead of that to cover the risk.

Potential is huge - if we do get confirmation of gold this could be wild! I might take a bit of profit first though.

Is it really though? If that word really was on the street then the shoe shine boys would be buying a lot of stock.

I see huge potential here but keeping a level head. Most of the trade action today has been relatively small buys so it isn't being pushed up by larger investors yet.

The BRH last week felt rather odd as you have all suggested. However the additional purchase of Aukett shares must surely be strategy. It's a very small amount mind you but why build on the position in Aukett if it's got no future..... ?

BRH buying more Aukett as per Aukett RNS on 16th August. That is very curious.

Anyone asked BRH why? I feel I have had my turn speaking to Viv for a while at least.

From last RNS:
· Rig considered suitable for planned operations, with acceptance subject to completion of audit process
· ADC rig audit 80% complete - key components have been tested and operated successfully with no unrecoverable critical faults identified to date
· Final audit activities expected to re-commence mid-August
· Tier-one oil and gas service company confirmed as preferred integrated well services contractor. Helium One is working to define a timeline to mobilise critical well evaluation equipment which will define the start date for Phase II drilling campaign
· Logistics planning to transport the Rig from Kenya to Rukwa are well advanced and preparations on drill pad design progressed in time to receive the Rig

So there won't be an update until the audit is completed and based on the above that cannot be by now.

I do not indicate any accuracy in the content but thought it might be of interest.

Benster. The book value of Paraytec is low because it doesn’t generate revenue. This has always been obvious. Paraytec generates intellectual property. So sure it’s a gamble for everyone invested but you are describing the whole point of the ‘strategic investment’ as if it was ever anything else. Sell the IP to make money. You are also declaring that the IP cannot be commercialised but that isn’t true because it might be. It’s this ‘might be’ that draws investors because there is potential for rewards far in access of the book value but the risk / reward is high.

When the Russians invaded Ukraine I decided that either this investment would disappear if the company was dissolved at some point or the war will end and the sale will happen. Even without the sale if the war ends this is going to multi bag from here just on the basis that there might one day be a sale.

So at this price or lower it really is a case of if you can afford to lose all of it its worth a punt.

Officecat. I won’t find shareholders venting frustration in the least bit interesting. The BOD won’t be able to say anything that hasn’t already been announced in an RNS

I think if you know anything about how AIM is regulated and why we have AGM's then we know that there can be nothing interesting coming from the AGM tomorrow unless coincidentally the BOD wake up tomorrow and someone has signed terms on the asset sale or some other interesting thing happens to happen on the same day.

AGM's are practically never interesting.

This one has the challenge of not appearing despondent considering the geopolitical situation - I actually feel for the BOD because who would have thunk it 6 months ago.......

Considering the current SP those 1 million share transactions are really not important. We used to get regular 1 million kippers when the SP was 10 x what it is today and nothing was happening.

It's nice to see some volume but today this isn't a sign.... (hopefully I have just hexed this and we get the asset sale RNS at 8am..... this is what this company does to you)

IMO it has always been and will always be about selling the IP. The approach in the RNS for me is about making the kit more visible so they can sell the IP/Paraytec as a whole to someone who can monetise it.
