It might be a £6 billion healthcare REIT but Net debt drawn as at December 31, 2025 was GBP3.4 billion. So very unlikely to achieve a £6billion market cap without a huge reduction in debt. It's a steady divi share not going to be an explosive SP rise here anytime soon.
