My understanding is they are going FCF positive yet underlying profit is still negative.. have a Google of. Profit Vs FCF.

THG are heading in the right direction and may also become 'Profitable' quicker than 2028 with the VAT refund and/or another disposal.

Hence why even with FCF positive THG still won't be valued on a P/E basis unil it is also profitable.

Yeah I mean if someone was buying in for the first time it would certainly be an alright bet.. not for quite a few of us of course. It s been a long old drag here. Once the finance is there and these milestones get crossed it's the big question of getting strategic investors onboard with deep pockets. So many IFS but nothing is valued in down here so the upside is huge.. I can see a spike coming here.. though yeah i would certainly be looking to trade it.

Market cap £4.9 million wow! If that Vardar deal happens then that would give us 60% of the value of the entire company in cash. Meaning the value of grafintec and kallak is less than £2 million 😅😂. It's in the kind of really low price that it could easily do 100% out of the blue with a financing suprise RNS from BEM. Nearly worth an extra punt on the odds given..

Tbf, my target is 80-100p so pretty much bang on lol.. might be premature and end up being quite low over the long term but it's a good realistic target of you have an ok average :)

😂 get in our head?! I don't think they are clever enough. The news and the narrative of the company is going against their own narrative so it just doesn't work for the boiler boys 😉.. lots of desperation here the past week or so.

What are the expectations? I'm presuming just growth for both businesses.. i.e. to be much better than last year's Q1. Setting THG up for another year of hopefully mid ISH single figure growth.. (at least)

Well, they'd better hurry up and close them shorts sooner.. this narrative is only getting more positive and the SP can only be suppressed for so long :)

I've tried a few of the my protein 'foods' my favourite by far is the dessert.. The Muller x my protein mousse. Amazing! Just as good if not better than a standard chocolate mousse type yogurt. That's all I keep buying 😅.

Hopefully as mentioned in the last trading update 'positive momentum' is continuing. Forgetting the naysayers , it's actually starting to get exciting here. If you can look beyond a week or 2 😂.

We all have our opinions but THG is now in a stronger position than it ever has been, revenue growing, rebuilding margins, going cash flow positive with other potential bonuses yet quite a few are more negative now than a few years back. Makes no sense to me. Seems more like a despondency with the SP, and that will turn.

I'm long, average of about 45p.. comfortable with that, with a time horizon of 2 years ISH. Target 80-100p. I used to have an average in the 30s (but let's not go there 😂)

Agree with that crafty, however that isn't the current market we are in.. it will change again but right now it's more about profit. THG will be doing both imo in the next year or 2 in a decent way.

Aslong as THG improve their margins then the SP is a massive buying opportunity. ATM the margins are quite frankly terrible from the revenue. Mid term target 2026-28 is to go back to a c9% EBITDA margin. If they can do that then the FCF will be very good and the market cap won't be this low. That's what I'm in for as I believe they can do it whilst still growing revenue. If margins don't grow then the SP belongs in the gutter and APN belongs higher as their margins are awesome.

So with dermstore that's over £1billion spent! Whichever way you look at it the market cap is pricing in a fraction of one business, and not including the other. Markets can stay irrational for fooking ages. Tide is slowly turning though..

Paying the debts off, reducing leverage.. FCF positive for the first time this year 👍

Not to mention look fantastic which was bought for £20 million in 2010.. doing really well, growing fast and about to open it's second physical store.

And another potential bonus there that can influence the yen in a positive way. Another potential tailwind.
