I'll take a 703% rise 😂.. I'm betting they can achieve mid-high single digit rev growth and start to see margin expansion from this year.. the FCF at £25-50 million is great and likely to grow even further. The SP is ridiculous.

However now could be a very profitable time to be buying of course..

Yes it's way overdone however it could fall further before bouncing strongly back. Seems the market is waiting for some positive middle east development as right now sentiment is heavily weighing on the risk type stock and keeping investors away..

Especially with the reduction in net debt, increasing FCF and increasing revenues. Sounds like a stellar Q1 in all respects too. Both divisions trading positively..

Sounding positive on building margins in nutrition too so that's something to start to look for in the Q1 update moving forwards. SP is diabolical but doesn't reflect the direction THG is moving in.

Q1 is over.. by the sounds of It some quite strong trading and positive momentum. Roll on Q1 trading update later this month, and hopefully it carries into Q2 and beyond 🤞 :)

I mean market cap £3.77 million. This is priced like the worst garbage on AIM with no real assets. Even with a doubling of SP it's still in junk status. Basically the market doesn't think Vardar will be sold soon or they will get the grafintec funding away.

I think they need to stop using Gemini or whatever it is tbh 😂. Facts are the company is quickly becoming net debt neutral and FCF positive. At this rate, this time next year they could be guiding to FCF £50 million+ and net cash on the balance sheet..

I get why people are fed up but this company is so much different than it once was and is setting itself up for a bright future.

You'll find they always report net debt before lease liabilities. Pre demerger it was £215 million and post demerger £304 million in FY24 results. It is now £233 million so £71 million better than last year.

FY26 Net debt is expected to drop even further to £110-130 million.

So yes Net debt is falling.

It's the markets cacking themselves.. these retail type shares will take a hammering. Doesn't reflect on how the company is currently doing which we can take comfort out of. Hopefully the middle east settles down soon enough 😅

No thats not quite correct. The IPO offered approximately 35% of the total issued shares which was 376 million. Total shares in issue at time of admission was about 1 billion.

Q1 update in 3-4 weeks should keep momentum here, barring crazy world events. Trading momentum is strong/powerful in 2026 must of been mentioned half a dozen times in the results. They are very bullish.

Whichever way you look at it the momentum is with THG and the Free cash flow generation is going to be huge going forwards, along with becoming net cash. The company has never been in a better position. It's more about the outlook than current results.

This should never of fallen back from 40-50p..
