Fair play to APN btw, look at that one year graph. Solid updates, very profitable and the margins are brill.. something for THGs nutrition division to aspire to once debt is cleared.

Yeah completely agree.. I've had the same in ASOS.. long and painful hold. This will go on a multi year run soon enough along with some other ecoms 🤞🚀

Occulus, I was in and out of this when they had ingenuity.. never wanted the long hold as I didn't like Ingenuity with nutrition/beauty. Now that it has parted the business is slowly but surely on the up and I have a core holding that I'm happy to keep.. tipping point must come eventually. Once balance sheet is at net cash then plenty of excess FCF to put somewhere other than debt :)

Well I'm very bullish on THG, I do genuinely believe it is in the best shape it has been. Growing revenues, FCF positive, VAT update impending. However, there is clearly a misalignment of trust somewhere as the SP speaks volumes.. most of my shares are blue today, THG is red again.. reading the last 3 or 4 trading updates shows this company as on the up.. SP yet to reflect. Infact the SP was higher when the divisions werent growing and there was no FCF. Bizarre.

Have to say Cong the SP is a bit iffy and the movement feels a little controlled/constrained. Quite odd. Market can't ignore becoming net cash on the balance sheet though when that happens.

Even though the SP says otherwise I'm betting on continued good trading momentum.. soon see.

They also mention 'successive positive trading updates across 2025 and 2026." They wouldn't put this if the Q2 update in the next few weeks is going to be poor imo. The business is getting stronger and the evidence is there to see.
