Yep, I also thought if they maintain guidance all year and the value of the company effectively stays the same then knocking £100million + off the net debt should theoretically make the SP be 20-25% higher than where it is now.. just by leverage. Anywho.. at this level it's decent risk.

I added yesterday here also. Didn't wait for sub 30 which may or may not come. With the last update being so positive and the VAT update close by didn't want to wait any more 😅

HMRC have already been refused appeal by the upper tribunal. Just a waiting game now and they have stated they will make a statement by end of spring. Expecting something positive end of this month and timing of rebate subjective of course.

One more asset disposal this year would be good, if THG gets to net cash that effectively reduces debt by £200million or so which at today's ridiculous market cap should result in a SP of 50% higher than here minimum. Obviously I'd expect more of a knock on effect too as cash flow will be so much higher and so will profitability.

While valid, I wouldn't rely on chatgpt for everything.. it is easily lead depending on what you ask it.

But I totally get people's frustrations here. Giving away of free shares and the part with ingenuity has been pretty poor but I believe the company is on an upwards trajectory now.

Personally I'm happy with the direction of travel of the company, and the progress made the past couple years. This year FCF positive, reducing net debt and growing revenue and projected to grow further over the next few years. Since demerging ingenuity I'm happy (bar the SP of course).

Come on people let's try and get the basics of reading the outlook in results 😅😂. They get the VAT repayment, which should be announced in the next 4 weeks then THG is onto a real winner. If they don't, it's still growing and generating FCF. The SP is terrible and tbh I didn't expect it to drop down here after the last update. However, back below 30 and I'll buy some more.

Can't argue with those improving trajectories on the graphs. Solid improvements, and a clear upward trajectory for the last couple years. 👍

133% spread!! Wow, never seen it that big before. I think they'll get the funding and I think ed is working to minimise dilution. It's a real rubbish situation though..

I'd be very surprised if they end the year with FCF of £25-50million and a £100 million reduction in net debt and for the SP to be in the 30s.. with guidance of the following year most likely being much stronger... But this is the markets so who knows 😂. Momentum will take this though and once the market believes it will start rerating is my opinion.

Not to mention the amount of FCF will likely be £70million + by then with net cash on the balance sheet will determine a higher valuation too with less risk. With net cash and all that cash... There will be buy backs or dividends. There are so many variables here it is hard to make an accurate forecast. Aslong as the company is heading in the right direction that's what matters right now.

I do kind of agree with the valuation.. though I'd go more off a PE ratio once it becomes profitable.. 2028 analysts have it at an EPS of about 2p. So a fair PE of 20-30 would put the SP at 50-60p...

However that is based off an EBITDA margin of 6.5% and growth at about 5%.. THG are arguing that they will have group EBITDA margin at 9-10% then.. SP more likely in that situation off a relatively conservative PE at £1+.

I think the margins are going to expand quicker than what is currently forecast, and the analysts are slowly upgrading the projections every few months. Nothing accounts for a buyout then all the valuing blows this out of the water.
