No I don't think the SP right now is a mistake.. the market is pricing in multiple profit warnings, feck ups and continued LFL decline/earnings decline.. If the plan works of basically going back to what B&M was then this will look a bargain, if it doesn't it will slide further. Quite simple. I believe it will turn, you only have to look in the B&M stores now and it is paying you to effectively wait.

It's actually on a forward PE of about 6.5 ISH.. it's cheap relative to its peers in its sector. If the current CEOs plan works and this does prove to be the bottom of it's earnings dip then there is alot of upside.. if you don't believe the plan will work and LFL continues to drop then clearly the trajectory may continue. I'm realistic. I like the odds.

No point guessing.. either way I'm sure we will have a solid update tomorrow..

What it used to do.. focusing on value. You can't start to see it now in the stores. How long that takes to resonate with the consumer is the part..

Can you explain why it needs to reduce the dividend massively? If you mean special then yeah sure.

I'll be honest, I think the SP is holding up better than I thought it would considering the company can't seem to keep it's shareholders in the loop about it's FY results or the German situation..

So about £90 million in FCF.. plenty to pay a £50 million DVD.. I've been trying to look for other stock in the same peer group that are valued at a forward PE of 6.5 times ISH.. can anyone see any??

And the W8 Ben form is US shares, not relevant for BME.

Still 15% witholding tax until confirmed as re domiciled.. supposed to be this calendar year so hopefully before December's Divi.

Why would they need an app? I shop at B&M and Tesco. I have the Tesco app but not B&M.. B&M doesn't deliver and doesn't spend money on that avenue. I just don't get the relevance.. B&M just doesn't strike me as a place I'd need an app. The moment they change their business model i.e delivery, loyalty cards etc then maybe.. but at that point CAPEX would then become higher and that's not what it's about..
