But i suppose pointing out that a CEO is culpable for an underperforming business/share price is not uncommon. And to suggest that based on that, the CEO's position should be up for consideration is also not unusual. Admittedly a bit of speculation jammed in there helps pass the time.

Totally agree Servalan. I've always backed Cook, but the proof is in the pudding and the share sp performance has been dismal. We are 12 months on from the announcement of the "transformational" acquisition and the share price is lower. There has to be some accountability here. And Cook carries the can for this. If she can't do the job, then she needs to go.

I would like to think the largest shareholders, Slim and co, will be leaning on the BOD to replace her? If that's not happening then there is surely something fishy going on. Something that is perhaps a coincidence, but Talos Energy's share price performance is even worse than Harbour...

I'm just rambling here, not quite sure what my point is other than i'm frustrated with the current state of play.

Sell offs like these are about as pleasant as dental surgery. But we've been here before. The oil price could grant us a reprieve.

The main concern for me is the enormous head and shoulders pattern, which suggests 160p. But these are just patterns on a chart and may mean nothing.

The chart looks horrific any which way. And it look like it could get a whole lot worse.

I really hope I'm wrong.

Correction - 200 day MA

I suspect the market doesn't like the large debt pile we've taken on, not to mention the negative sentiment surrounding oil prices following Trumps victory.

SP is bouncing nicely off the 100 day MA after briefly piercing it. There is also a rising channel of support at this level that goes back to the WD announcement, which it has also bounced off this morning.

Decent update. Decent technicals. Stay above 280p and we're in good shape imo. 270p would be annoying and have to start buying again.

It makes all the headlines when Trump making sweeping statements like drill baby drill, the reality is that Mr Exxon and Mr Chevron will be doing nothing of the sort unless it suits their long term interests.

I really hope we see a 330p plus close on Harbour soon. There is a horrible looking head and shoulders forming on the monthly/weekly/daily. Same goes for Shell.

And as you said offmessage - 300p is a big psychological and resistance level.

My 2 cents -

I'd agree the daily looks a bit over done. A pull back to the 200 day moving average - around 282p wouldn't be out of the ordinary.

Some other "key" levels to be aware of -

265p - 100 day MA would be a blow (as would anything under) and a momentum killer.

324p - 200 week MA

Naturally I've disregarded all of the above in hope of a strong trading update and new post WD ATH.
