OK so its not a very expansive timetable but in the context of the point I'm making PPA negotiations are part of stage 2 and the inference is that is after Nov 2018 (the revised SEPCO date)

OK but now the timetable is laid out for the tender process you'd also expect an RNS stating the SEPCO buy in was delayed again if the PPA was required.

There has been a perception that SML / PPA would drive up the share price and you would want this before agreeing a buy in price with SEPCO - perfectly reasonable and my thoughts too initially.

However, the last update does not make any reference to the price (which was a pre-requisite of the agreement) as being outstanding so has that already been agreed? Who knows.

As the SML / PPA are fairly fundamental you would list them if they were required for the SDA

The problem comes in that LC will not or cannot confirm or deny that. I am not a nomad or AIM rules expert but suspect that he cant tell that to one individual by email and if he felt it appropriate or important then it would need an RNS to all investors get the same information.

So why doesn't he do that some will ask? Perhaps because if he does someone will say what about the Bots ML is that required and we go full circle

Boff I welcome you renewed enthusiasm in the project even if wee disagree about LC. To say he has achieved nothing is a little disinginious ... we have a great project ready to roll in Tanz and another two clsoing in behind with the right people lined up to deliver it. In terms of pure shareholder value the share price is not where the majority want it I don't think anyone can dispute that. Lets see where we are with SML / SEPCO in the coming weeks

As for those that bought in at 5.25p not being happy maybe (depends on their timescales) but very glad we have them now at that price.

As for communicating timescales you ca't put an RNS stating the Govt said a month but we think that's bollox so lets go for 3 months. Great way to build a relationship.

The only thing you might point out if that within SEPCO's internal investment process there is a clause that states the company you wish to sign an SDA with has a SML / PPA in place.

Even the tone of the update implies its a time constraint not a physical deliverable

BCL find me anything in that RNS (thats not listed on this site) that says they are pre-requisites. Or any of the listed pre-requisites that might imply that they are required?

600MW and 300MW max at each location. Looks like there is scope for two separate projects. What if one only bids and then they are 300MW short. Who could scale up to 600MW?

well this RNS clearly lays out that we have submitted a tender for 300MW for coal powered generation and what the NEW RFP process is including the PPA element in response to the questions that KIBO raised when the process was first announced and when they also stated that they would participate in the tender process.

But if you choose to believe that LC is sat there spinning a yarn and shorting his own company and you remain invested thats your choice but its a bit like eating raw chicken and complaining when it kills you.

as per the update RNS their own internal due dilligence / approvals...

what needs to be in place are the elements listed in the RNS. Where does it say SML / PPA? If they needed to be in place then that should and would have been included in the RNS as they are pretty hefty pre-conditions
