They get just a little more than regular shareholders. How much they are willing to pay for that remains to be seen but one could if one was so inclined to be positive assume that would be at least more than the current SP or last price cash was raised at. How much remains to be seen. Further more trying to build a 10-15% stake alone would push up the price.
If you think about its a win win as the SP is likely to react favourable to SEPCO taking at stake irrespective of what value that is set at.
