Boff surely the only person deluded is yourself. You constantly state that you have been misled yet continue to hold. You almost praise others for selling out and doing the sensible thing yet continue to hold. You even believe that LC can't / wont change yet continue to hold. I admire your optimism in the project form such a low base but you really sound like your just clinging on and talking down your own investment.

I am quite comfortable with the stake I have here and remain positive that KIBO with LC at the helm will get the MCPP and other projects over the line. Am I happy with the time its taking, no. Will I be sending the TG a Christmas card, not at present. Have the fundamentals of the project changed, no. Would director buying help, possibly although I am not a fan as it only encourages others to buy based on what they see others doing invariably at a higher price than the directors - plus LC has stated many times that its not something he's interested in. Do we need additional funding, no immediate plans. Do we know what we are waiting for, yes .... SML approval / MCIPP update / SEPCO SDA / update on submitted bids and clarity on PPA (all of which will be forthcoming when there is something material to share).

I see that we have been granted two additional Prospecting Licences via Eagle Exploration (18/10/2018) on the Mining Portal for Nickel.

How old are you swiftly. Your verbal reasoning skills are quite remarkable. I don’t think anyone that reads your posts thinks or seriously believes you are trying to talk down this share either by design or accident. To be absolutely honest I have no idea who or what you are and why you post and don’t really care but do enjoy our chats. My therapist says it’s good that I converse with people outside my normal narcissistic circles. I suspect one or two others on here are in my same therapy group but won’t admit it. How low do you think this will go if you don’t post for a month or two.

Some questions 1. Who is really behind this new tender process? AG or TANESCO? 2. Have we had a definite response from TANESCO to the questions on PPA / MOU mentioned in RNS of 26th Sept? 3. What does it say about PPA in the RNS from 19th October? ‘Expected to include’? I just get the impression this exercise is to identify who can really meet the requirements in an open and transparent (legally above board and non challengeable way). If that conclude kibo is the only kid on the block (which is possible given the other names on the frame and where we are compared to them) then whose to say we will continue with the expected process or revert to previous discussions. At least it would be expediated.

Boff we agree on one thing only. We both think the other is full of shite. The notion that the govt will just abandon all the governance that they are trying to put in place to ensure the provision of electricity will be adandoned when they decide they want to let the people have it is quite frankly absurd. You do at least concede that GE / Sepco must see something to keep them interested. I would have thought that as major corporations they would welcome a more transparent framework to work within, even if it takes longer. Would you financially back a company with a contract from the govt awarded on the basis of a formal tender process or one that was awarded after a good night out and a nice little backhander. If anything no one seems to have anticipated how far the current regime would go to be transparent.

Would be nice to see where we are with MCIPP and like you say there are a number of things that don't yet make sense with this tender process. Its a little like submitting an RFP to provide full range of health services in the UK within a month to be up and running by Christmas .. only one company that can do it.

I have a blue peter badge and came third at a regional cub scout camping competition so feel as adequately qualified as you do to share my predictions, except you seem more preoccupied offering advice for which your not qualified and quoting the FCA whenever challenged.

I imagine there are several companies backed by local (Tanzania) individuals and groups that claim or claimed they could have a CtP up and running and that finance was not an issue etc. Whilst tanesco might have a good idea of who is best placed they will not want to be accused of favouritism etc. They should have run a tender process in the first place but have been in such a mess I suspect they have only just worked out their arse from their elbow. Look at how specific and detailed the criteria are and then think who else is that advanced and could apply and then how many have applied. At moment looks like one. Case closed for tanesco. Clean and above board.
